Error on lobby server

On Psu every time i would log into the server it gets past the first step then when it gets to the connecting to lobby server it would fail, anyone know any answers to what i should do. caus if i delete my saved data i don't know what will happen to my characters.

theres is no error code, it just says there has been an interupt request, and then it disconnected
