PC psu offline

Is all the online content in Offline Story mode mode? This goes for items as well such as clothes and such. For example can I change my room into one of the new AOI rooms or is it just old school psu rooms?

Is there a Casino in offline mode? If not how do we get the casino items only for our offline chars?

I'm thinking of making an offline char just for fun.

Most of the good stuff online isn't on the offline

Offline is stripped of a lot of content that online has. I don't believe there is a playable form of the casino.

offline has other drop rates/chards (fight for food S is insane what you get...) , the missions are a little different, Some PA's/weapons work a little different (like the axe can hit 2 hitzones instead of one).
All the cloths are there I think but only after you progress in story
And you only have 3 Classes...
Offline is just crap compared what Online had to offer :/
