It is a bit vague for me but from how I understood it... You can cast any tech with any weapon but you can only charge techs to stronger techs when using Rods? Did I understand this correctly? If so.. AWESOME! ^_^

it looks like they're putting a hell of a lot of effort in to make this game as crazy awesome as possible. i don't suppose they've set an expected release date?
