New Update issues. Question about Jp launcher

ok so i launched tweaker and it says new update. it takes 5 seconds to update then i launch game. then it says i am using the wrong version. So i launch the jp launcher and when it updates it is downloading 50190. This is the entire game. Why wont it just let me download the update? Any suggestions?

So it'll tell you that you need to check for updates "old style" by clicking the top left circle radial button. That will check all 50K files, but that takes me like, 5 or so minutes? Then it's gonna find the 2GB update and install that.
