Well i'm stpuid O_o not even a card! :'( well i guess i'd like do the oppsite of shifta, like -1AP for like 3 turns i guess. i dunno.
It sounds like it would have AP Silence, AP -2 for 2 turns.
Zelure haveing Reaction Slowdown (like on Standstill Shield) making all attacks on the "Zelure"ed opponent deal 1 more extra damage.
AP silence and Weakness do this.
As does Powerless Rain.
