The reply button is the broken image box at the bottom left that is closer to the center of the page.

The reply button is the broken image box to the far right under someone's post.

And it isn't a IE or Firefox problem, it is a Gamespy/PSOW problem.

I was going to say that, except I remembered that Firefox shows the image boxes a lot more quickly than IE, as it shows the box for the image, then loads it in... IE could take a bit more time for it to show the bounding boxes.
