From reading all the Relic Edge posts, this is something I was wondering until I found my Relic Edge today. I actually got mine from one of those annoying yellow jumpers the Golmoros. So apparently it could come from monsters other than Svaltus. Hope this helps ;P.

From previous posts actually, it was said that 2 Relic Edges are also required to make the Claire Twin Sabers.
didn't a guy show a pic of the recipe. i don'y remember relic edges being apart of teh recipe at all.

Relic Edge is not a component of Twin Crea Sabers, thankfully.
