Nope, because PSO2 and PSU use different ids. I believe someone posted a guide on how to register somewhere on the boards. I'll post the link.

EDIT 2: Since the alpha registrations have stopped, you'll need to go to the following site instead of the PSO2 alpha site.

you have to view it with a browser set up for japanese.

You would think people who was part of the Alpha testing would've recorded some of what they did and posted after the testing was done. That way they couldn't get kicked during the testing or at least cover their character's name so Sega couldn't match it up and then kick them out.
