Do you find Rifles to be boring/underpowered?

Yeah when people say "shotgunning HE" they literally mean it lol.

PSO's rifles were kinda fun, but that was mostly due to them actually hitting things. Plus the animation, the effect when it hit, everything was actually satisfying. And dem numbers that our community seems so fond of.

PAs made them look cool in PSZ though. I remember that you can give PSU rifles an element but I can't remember rifle PAs for the life of me. Best I go replay PSU + PSP.

Any kind of Spread Needle would be dumb. It was broken as hell before and I'm not interested in having it back.
