Not quite every run for me, but every second or third run nails me another 11* yeah. The random is strong with this update.

edit: Also, I saw a great idea - Allowing 11* exchange passes to be traded. It actually works perfectly. You need premium to get an 11* trading pass no matter what - to get the pass yourself or to open a trade window to get one from someone else. Somebody needs to take this to Sega or something.

Is it even worth getting trade passes if you already are drowning them because 11s weapons won't stop dropping?

I wish they'd let us exchange 11s weapons for Excubes or something aaaaaaah.
