Any opinions on Saika Hyouri? How does it stack up compared to other TD's?

I was watching some random YouTube videos of FI/HU, and I came across a really interesting video that incorporates the use of Deadly Circle.

If I recall correctly, based on Walkure's DPS chart, Deadly Circle ranks relatively high within the list of PAs for Double Sabers.
If that's that case, then I'll start placing that PA in my weapon palette.

it's only matter at hitting multi target
that's why he chose those bosses with multi target parts to demo
the dmg output per hit still too awful to use at other boss and sounds more stupid at mobs where chaos riser > tornado > rave works much better
this is not enough to put it on the pallete unless sega do something about it

Cool, but still not amazing. Deadly Circle remains one of the few PAs that needs to be fixed, one way or another =/
Interesting remarks, coming from you two.
If Deadly Circle where to be adjusted, what changes would you like to see (aside from its situational usage)?

Deadly Circle feels really slow to me. I'd make it twice as fast.
Maybe give it a slight Zondeel effect? That might be a little too much.
It also shouldn't be a charge attack.
I'd imagine SEGA has a team dedicated to brainstorming ways to ruin everything.
"How can we ruin this close range AOE attack? I know, give it a long-ass charge time!"
Hmmm, I personally didn't mind the speed for Deadly Circle, then again, I would welcome any adjustments that would allow the PA to perform faster.
Moreover, I concur that providing any form of Zondeel would be a bit too much, given how silly Lv.3 Chaos Riser already is (especially with a Meteor Cudgel).
Lastly, I wholeheartedly agree that Deadly Circle shouldn't even be a charge skill to begin with. Given the awkward attack properties and nature of the skill, charging it to reach its full potential makes it less desirable to use, overall.

the problem of deadly circle ?
- too low dmg/pp compare to other charge PA
- long animation
- against mobs it's too slow when chaos riser is much better
- against boss it's only work with multi parts bosses and the dmg is not even that great tho
