Hunter with a Gunslash. I really hope the MC isn't just an anime version of Sakai.

From the trailer it's obvious that he's totally new to the game. So he's gonna suck all sorts of balls big and small, red and blue and even pink.

I'm pretty sure he's gonna mostly hang with somewhat more experienced people, like a VH crowd with 9* or even 10* (which they will flaunt and they're also gonna show off their lvls and class skills ofc).
And occasionally an XH guy with a 12* or 13* but I highly doubt any of them will use proper mechanics in any sort of way.
All this Log Horizon stuff of pros and abusing the mechanics, like BrGu or tech cancel won't happen.
It's an advertisement for the game after all.

If it's anything like newbies in the actual game, most of the episodes will just be him on the ground waiting for someone to throw a moon.

I wonder if the characters will appear as "skilled" as the characters in the CG openings for the game that use hilariously improper attacks on everything. Prepare for gibartaing Rockbears.

Hah. A few days ago, I left PSO2 idling at the CG Intros and was once again reminded of how unlike the actual game they are.
Also reminds me of the benchmarks. IIRC Twin Daggers still does not have that floor AOE smash attack.

It will be hilarious seeing people in the PSO2 anime doing sliding strafe shots and upside down mid-flip bow shots.
"This game is amazing!", etc. You can already tell the characters' reactions to the game are going to be the opposite of most real life players' reactions.
