I'm not an avid Scratcher, but Gold only dispenses Costumes for 2.5x the normal price, right? The normal pool has a lot of stuff that goes for a lot of money (Voice Tickets, Accessories, Dudu stuff); Costumes can be duds price-wise depending on what you get. I think it'd be more effective to just do normal Scratch.

The latents on the NT weapons haven't changed.
Crafted PAs are reset with a recycle shop item.
Is there a particular enemy/quest that's good for farming NT weapon fodders?
Never really payed attention to low rarity weapon drops until now.
Potential: Yes.
Element: Only if you have Element Conversion.
For Techs, it is just the Tech's element. (Obviously, the damage of matching Weapon Element and Tech Element with Element Conversion is higher though).
