I was just wondering, with the updates and soon to be released Phantsay Star Portable, will or does Sonic Team come to these message boards to get feedback on the game, or possibly new ideas?

Doubt it. I mean the Dev team is Japanese, so if they did go to fan sites to get feedback/ideas they would be Japanese ones.
