Patch: JP voice downloadable file, music patch for carnival.

First gift, JP patch voice is now download able as files!


Due to so many request if I could make JP voice patch download as files instead of patching method, now, I open another choice so that more people could access to it easier by just download.

The file is very big, so I separate them into bfaa00~ bfaa05. download them all and double click at bfaa.bat to merge all the file.

you will get a file name "b787754faa6817fc3b980e751e0907f2" just put it inside the DATA file to replace the old one you have.
then you will get "both JP and English voice" + "fixed voice bug on PC ver"

(the JP sound work on battle stage are 6, 7, 8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 for male, and 5, 6, 7, 16, 17 for female, any that doesn't work will still hear English voice)




Second gift, my special patch music for the bonus mission : Phantasy Star medley.

(it is included in the enhancement patch 2 if anybody already used it.)
I also recommend that you should try my patch 1&2, it has good music from so many different game around the worlds.

I'm feeling ridiculously stupid but I don't know how to get the files to merge

Just double click on the bfaa.bat file. it will merge all of them when they are together.

autumn is most likely running Vista, which has a problem in that it sees a .bat file as a .txt file. So, you'll have to merge the 6 files using something else. I used the first result I got on Google for file merging.

If you go that route, be certain that after you've merged the files, the file name matches what Arika has exactly.

Edit: Oh, and thank you Arika (sorry I got your name wrong the first time). This is terrific.

Its opening it up in a notepad document (I don't know if it matters but I run vista) Me and the fiance just opened up the command prompt and merged it all by hand (typed in what was in the document). I'll let ya know how it worked out in a little bit ^_^

Just as the note for those of you who don't wanna go the route Xaeris did, you don't actually have to get a program to merge them as your computer can do it automatically.

Just follow these longwinded steps:
1- Run "cmd.exe"
2- Make sure your bfaa.0-5 files are in your user folder on your computer.
3- Enter : Copy /b "bfaa.0"+"bfaa.1"+"bfaa.2"+"bfaa.3"+"bfaa.4"+"bfaa .5" "bfaa"
4- Hit Enter. Wait for command to execute.
5- Enter : Rename "bfaa" "b787754faa6817fc3b980e751e0907f2"
6- Hit Enter. Wait.
7: Copy the file into your DATA folder as Arika said.

Basically us Vista users have to do the grunt work of the batch file because Vista is too stupid to realize it's a .bat file...

I used it, and all PSU says that I modified a file and refuses to open...what gives?

This is great! but is it possible to just have english voice with fix? because mix of both sounds weird to me...
