The point of a reward is getting something you wouldn't get otherwise...

i like the idea what that other guy said. if we make a weapon that would come out at 20% it would be boosted by 10% or 5% or whatever. that would be nice

Actually, the JPN site does say something about a "privilege" as their final reward, which they didn't reach.

The kanji at the end, "特典", comes out to mean "special favor" or "privilege."

Of course, I'm not anything close to fluent, so I can't be asked to read the rest. Ask someone else.

JP had that message on every puzzles, not just the last one. They basically never know the prize before the point is reached. Because they didn't unlock that one, so it is the only one that remains "特典".
