Just use freeze resist that will stop them, and MAX IV is arguably harder than MAX III.

I see. So your freeze resist stops Barta damage? Coolness!

Sarcasm radar readings are OFF DA CHARTS

But yeah, Bel pannons are little ankle biters with their barta. I just give then a swift kick to the nads with Hyakka.

    Hello people! new to pso-world!

soloed BP as jasco lv 30 RA! tried many times as HU but just couldn't get past sector 2... =/ virus traps were extremely useful. just setting one inflicted virus on a mob of enemies which in turn made incap work in 2-3 hits. i only set EX burn when the situation was really bad. sector 3 was pretty easy too, although if try it, i'd suggest bringing sleep resist(i almost died on 3 separate occasions because of sleep.) i also found ice status inflicting weapons very useful on the bird guys(forgot the name) since it keeps them locked in one spot.

    all in all, i lost
4 bars on sector 1(i've only lost 1 before but i was just about to give up so i was feeling a little uninspired lol)
5 bars on sector 2(used all of my EX burns and 6 virus)
4 bars on sector 3(kronos keis does wonders here! DD is probably better though)

    the weapons i used
    DD 60% light
sangeyasha 34% light(DD doesn't cut it in terms of killing vorgadilan)
sangeyasha 15% fire(kills ubaks at chain 18 with full combo)
    kronos keis 50% dark
    cho hee 80% dark(ice lv 2)
psycho wand 35% ice(buffs and heal)

maybe VA can do a better job soloing but i just prefer using RA for EVERYTHING! probably wrote a little too much but w/e maybe you guys can use it as a guide to soloing it your selves

Hey Bo. I guess GFaqs has been dead for a while. Nice job with BP. I also tried to solo it, a few months ago, got my ass handed to me. I'm still traumatized, so I won't be trying it again for a while.

I didn't realize RA could use virus traps, but after looking it up, that's not a bad idea for melee back-up... Thanks, I will now revamp my item quick-list and weapon pallet.

Also, just incapped an entire mob of Bel Pannons in like 2 hits each. That made me smile from ear to ear.

I found Gravidion 48% on Ancient Invader S as a Hunter and I was not looking for it. It seems funny how do you find items you are not hunting, on the other hand I still trying to find Psycho Wand :C but nothing so far.

I've been trying to see how fast I could finish Gemaga lately. As a level 200 Cast Vanguard lvl 20, I managed to get my fastest run at 3:09. I'm not sure if thats good or not, but thats the best I could do.

Also, the game rewarded for my efforts, for on that run I got a Rengokuto Gren 0% from the rewards screen, which was nice since I needed that.
