Question about Cake Shop

So I hear you have to pay a visit to the shop in Ozette to obtain PA Compress. I am new to PSZ and have yet to find it. Can anyone give me an estimate of how many runs it took to find the cake shop? Any information/advice on finding the cake shop would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You obtain the Compress PA when you get the title "World Protector". You get that by completing all the missions on hard mode, including the cake sisters mission. You can find the cake shop in the valley or the wetlands. I don't have an exact estimate as to how many runs you have to take, but I would advise you to do continual runs in the valley or the wetlands until you find it.

If I remember correctly it has a 2% chance of showing up, and you can find it at any difficulty. I have searched the valley for it many times without any luck. I would be doing it now, but I loaned the game out to a friend.
