Maximum Attack Missions

What are exactly the Maximum Attack missions and what's the difference between them and Maximum Attack Infinite missions.


For the moment i seem to only see the Maximum Attack missions and i can't find the Infinite one.

We attempted Maximum Attack #2 yesterday but the guy with me got raped and he didn't had a scapedoll on him... noob!
Are all Maximum Attack missions like that? Mission fail after someone is incapacitated?

How do i unlock the infinite one? I think i only got 2 of them but they are not listed with numbers next to them, like the regular one ( I, II, II, IV ).

Which are the hardest and which are the easiest?



Some hints would be greatly appreciated because they seem to be really hard.

they are two different missions..... The MAI (infinity missions) can only be done in multi mode or internet mode. the regular MAX missions can be done in story mode. Just log into multi mode, and go to the mission counter, then the second option down then clad 6 and the infinity missions will be there.

P.S. Lots of people do 1..... For some reason, i prefer 2. Just try them all and see

Also, MAI missions have to be downloaded from Sega.

A lot of people prefer 1 because it has two blast portals which makes it friendly-ish for those who aren't too high of a level.

MAX missions can be done in all modes and if you die without a scape the mission is seen as a failure and will end.

MAI missions on the other hand are only done on multimode and Internet multimode. MAI missions are graded based on the amount of times you and the members of your party are killed, so you only revive to a specific spot with -50 points to your total score (if the party has more than 4 deaths then kiss your S rank bye). Basically scape dolls are non-existent in MAI and the only way to fail and be taken back to Clad 6 is by everyone dying at the boss.

MAX have been moved up to include C-Infinity rank while MAI missions are only A and Infinity rank. MAI missions are really good for type points because you gain quite a lot from S ranking them.

You should re-download the dlc from Sega. They added another Infinity Grand Prix challenge mission and updated the associated exchange missions with new items.

Well newish items as about 90% of them you could get either by password or buy PSPo2: The Best (which is kinda like a greatest hits for Japan)

But your previous download does have MAI included but for the sake of keeping up with partying with others you should update.
