Arks Art [unoffcial symbol art contest] July 7th-23RD

I am going to sponsor a mini event involving the best symbol art anyone can come up with. You can either submit to this thread or private message to me. Your symbol art will be pre-screened by myself and judges that will remain anonymous. After we sort through all the entries, I will publicly post a poll for everyone to vote on.

Any Questions, comments, things I forgot to mention or concerns are highly recommended.

Prizes:
With ships being locked, trading locked and many other feature not available to everyone. I've decided to reward with
1st place - 3000 yen Webmoney
2nd place - 2000 yen Wbemoney
3rd place - 1000 yen Webmoney
If I get enough good entries I will increase the number or rewards to reflect so. Webmoney will allow me to mail or message you a long digit code acceptable to purchase Arks Cash or just anything you want really as long as its compatible with this currency.

Rules:
1. No player plagiarism (copying from your history will not be entered)

2. To submit, you will need proof that you made that art.
- Video time lapse are the best
- Picture collage are ok, every single step is not required
- Without proof, myself and my judges cannot verify that you made it.

3. No profanity or nudity

4. Nothing that will be questionable, offensive or anything that would get you in trouble on the forum or in game.

5. You may submit as many entries as you want, but only one of your entries will count.

I found this image in the PSOW guides section but it was unfinished, so I finished it from my personal experience using symbol chat. If you need further explanation what each option does, ask me and I will try my best to make you understand.

You can simply trace an image by turning your game transparent with a program and having a picture under it...I don't think this is such a good idea

I know that, which is why I have a judging panel before I submit publicly to weed out unoriginality. You can trace all you want, but I think certain ones will stand out above the rest.

if this was a regular art contest i'd do it but it takes incredible patience to work with the symbol art paint thing.

Added a new rule to clear up some confusion and to prevent a small time monopoly if you're really good at this.

New Rule
5. You may submit as many entries as you want, but only your top entry will count.

Also changed the prize amounts to reflect what is available now. (1st and 2nd got a small raise)

★ No rush on entries, good art takes time and patients. 2 weeks should be plenty of time if you're not a procrastinator
