There 'should' be an option in the remake shop. Not sure which, though. Shouldn't cost you anything.

You don't have to remake your character at all. c:
There's a makeover shop in the Shopping District/Floor/Section/Whatever. I don't remember which option it is exactly, but its one of the last options at the bottom of the list. I know its in a category all by itself. And remember that if you make an accidental change, you can press Ctrl+Z to undo it!

If you're in the main lobby, use one of these elevators with the brown/goldish arrows to get to the shopping area.

Then look behind you! There will be two staircases. Take the one on the right~

When you get to the top of the stairs, you should see a pink shop with this weird kissy-lips sign~ This is the makeover shop!

Talk to the woman running the shop. Select the first option and then select the button on the left when the confirmation window pops up! The page will reload and you'll come to a familiar screen where you can make edits to your character! For the Cast Jet option, scroll to the very bottom until you see this section in the picture below. You'll be able to toggle between running and hovering!

After you made your selection, click on the the left button at the very bottom to confirm your changes! Then you're done!
***Note: Some edits will not be available to you if you do not have AC/makeover items. However, changing your hair style [not colors], eye color, accessories and other options are free!
