Having some problems with tweaker

Hello. I downloaded tweaker and the game and had it patch everything with the English patch. According to Tweaker, everything worked fine, however when I click "run PSO2," nothing happens. Tweaker closes, I get a loading icon over my cursor (windows 8 variety loading icon), but nothing happens.

What do I do? Any help would be appreciated.
