Need Help Identifying Weapon

I saw a weapon that was a rod with a heart on each end. Sometimes it would emit little heart bubbles. What is this weapon called and where can I get it at? I'm playing the one for Xbox.

Magical Piece.
Combine a Heart Key from Paganini with a Wand type to obtain it. Casts free low level Zonde and boosts Normal Techniques.

Others will most definatly be able to give you more details than my worn out brain can fathom up right now. I apologize for the broken info.

To be more specific, (as some may read 'normal techs' as regular barta, zonde, and foie), it boosts Gi-techs.

the boost making it a "cheap" substitute for a sorcerer cane. given you were getting heart keys for free during white day and valentines day.

so, you could either buy them for 46 PDs in gallons store. or you wait until those two quests have been there (make enough chocolate during white day that you can change in the val day quest..).

or you do doc's secret plan for around 90 runs to find yourself a sorcerer cane which does the same plus TP reduction.

I hate to sound anal, Rena, but what you just said is not completely accurate: Magical Piece boosts Gi-techs by 30%, Sorceror's Cane only boosts Gi-techs by 20%, but does have the 10% TP cost reduction, like you mentioned.
