A God doesn't need to reassure themself of their power, nor have the need to advertise themself as such.On 2005-06-26 11:27, Ness wrote:
True divinity lies in power and I have lots of it.
And you're entirely wrong. True divinity has nothing to do with power. Whats the difference between a Demon and a God?
As for power, you have none here.
Look, he did it again.

Sure they do.A God doesn't need to reassure themself of their power, nor have the need to advertise themself as such.
Other than the fact that gods are worshipped and demons are feared, there is none. And you're entirely wrong. True divinity has nothing to do with power. Whats the difference between a Demon and a God?
The events of last night suggest otherwise. As for power, you have none here.
Being a pain in the ass doesn't give you anything. Do it enough and you'll strum the staff's last nerve of patience. On 2005-06-26 11:44, Ness wrote:

Not quite. You missed it, you fail. One temple's worshipped God may be another's Demon. The difference between the two is intention, and how it is perceived.Other than the fact that gods are worshipped and demons are feared, there is none.
Nope, pretty sure you're the same pain in the ass as before. The events of last night suggest otherwise.
Look, he did it again.
Okay fine I'll calm down a bit, but it's not like you all were forced to read my posts. Besides, I thought mods weren't allowed to flame.

You have an entirely wrong perception of omnipotence. If a God must be reminded of its might, it is insecure, and thus not all-powerful.
Anyway, it's an interesting and scientific discussion.
"but it's not like you all were forced to read my posts": Being mods, they sort of are, at least as far as your point goes.On 2005-06-26 11:51, Ness wrote:

"Besides, I thought mods weren't allowed to flame.": I don't recall ever seeing that, or any suggestion of that being the case. It's that, for the most part they probably don't choose to, as there's usually better options.
Yar.
Well flaming is agaisnt the rules so I thought that mods weren't allowed to either.
Your trying their patience way to much, and thats where the very mild flames are coming from. Everyone has their breaking point, even Mods.
