The Weapon, Item, and Armor Shops

I realize that the shops drastically upgrade the items they sell to you at levels 43, 100, and 150. I am not level 150 yet, so could you tell me what they change at level 150? For example:

Do they upgrade the weapons at the weapons shop at all?

What is the highest percent on a weapon they sell to you?

What is the highest element level on the weapons they sell to you, like heat, fire, flame, or burning? At level 100, the highest element level is the second one (fire), so does it go higher at level 150 (flame or burning)?

Will they start selling technique disks higher than level 14?

Will they start selling Celestial Armor and Celestial Shield?

Will every frame and armor they sell to you have 4 slots all the time now?

Will they completely stop selling any certain item like they stopped selling monomates when you were level 43?

And is there anything else they change that I have not mentioned above?

Level 150 adds the ability to buy the last items of the series (the ones with yellow coloring).

Highest percent they sell is 50%.

I believe 14 is the max tech level they sell, but I am not 100% sure.

Not sre about the Celestial items.

I would assume that the chance for slots would not change.

I can't think of anything to add.

To add to Ketchup's reply:

I've seen Celestial Armor and Shield in the shops. As for when they appear, not sure. My HUmar that sees them is 167, but my HUnewearl might have seem them before as well (around 140), however, it may have just been my HUmar. But yes, Celestial stuff is possible.

Monomates and Monofluids as far as I can recall are the only items ever completely discontinued in the item shop.

151 for Celestial equipment, and only in Ultimate.

Same Lv requirement for yellow photon weapons (except FO, duh).

Techniques max at Lv.14 in the shop, and Anti at Lv.2

The highest is Second level, e.g. Fire, Thunder, Frost, Drain, Mind, Charge, Hold, Riot, etc.

Vulcans have the yellow coloring, so it would be 150/151 (like was said in my post above).
