I'm not able to make out the bulk of the text and I'm no image tinkerer. I don't know where this picture originated from, but I was going to translate the pso-speek to english should it not have been done. As per usual, I post my findings in here

If the image could be made brighter and juxtaposed being a solid color that would make the text come out, that would be great. If anyone knew where to find the image, that would be great too.

If anyone has anything else for me to translate, let me know. I haven't posted it, but I translated most of the text in the Lab environment and some text in the Pioneer 2 ship (most don't say anything important and are obvious)
