Error 060, 065

It seems to be working so far...I changed chars a lot to do maintenance with them, and it let me in every time...

Yea so far so good! I even had time to fix a small graphical glitch!

I got booted last night and it let me log right in this morning, around 7:50-8:00 AM EST.

Hello Everyone,

As everyone who's posted here already knows, we saw a huge surge in error 060 and error 065 over the weekend. We have support staff here and in SOE looking into this and working on a fix.

For everyone who's already sent in a trouble ticket, thank you for passing along your information. Even if you don't hear back from us right away I promise we are looking into each issue to figure out where the problem is. If you haven't sent in a ticket and are still having login issues, please go ahead and submit to help.sega.com.

For those of you who have an Error 065, please do not attempt to create a new account unless you want to be double-billed. For most of these issues so far, it appears that accounts are valid and paid for, but not being recognized by the system. We have already begun forcing through some of these so that they are recognized, and we are working to figure out why this is happening and a fix to keep it from happening to everyone else.

I know the other issue that's been raised, obviously, is compensation. Please understand we can't address that until after this problem has been fixed -- that's our first consideration. I promise we'll raise the issue of compensation as soon as we fix the problem itself.

Just before I went to work, I managed to jump on myself (1:30pm CSTish).

Due to all the scary scary, I left my PS3 on while at work (it's one of the first gen 60GB models with the chipset backwards compat).

Ugh, I hope it doesn't fry - I did leave a box fan blowing directly at the vents to help cool it though.

So far I have had no problems logging in or switching characters. Maybe the 060 is going away?
