How do I use that gun that purifys switches/egg things in certain missions?

I have a few questions...

1. Is there a way to boost your max PP besides the measely 10 from the PP boost?

2. How do you unlock the extra battle modes?

3. is there a way to boost casting speed?

4. Are Tech Mags useful at all? lol

5. Any open missions that are unlocked by playing online? or other modes?

1. As has already been said at level 15 for vanguard you get the 20 boost, also at 30 force you cut the cost of technics by 10% which helps as well.

3. At level 8 of force you get a casting speed boost for all abilities then later you get speed boosts for elements specifically.

Try binding it to your item palette. Assuming it functions identically to PSU.

Totally newb question I'm sure, but do you have to level all the job classes to 10 before you can level one to 11? I'm at Vangaurd LVL 10 and it says 7800/7800.

No. There's none of that level limit stuff here.
I believe (if I'm thinking of the correct screen) 7800/7800 means you are currently using 7800 of your total 7800 Extend points in your current Weapon Access setup. That is, for all the weapon ranks (for various weapons) your Vanguard class has, you spent your total amount of points to have.
