I didn't want Zip anywhere close to human proportioned. He's very much a machine-man, and proud of it.

SINOW! Well.... almost, given the current available gear. Sinows were among my favorite mobs in PSO.

Could it be just the lighting in the area?

Hopefully they make the CAST armor smoother in the full game since, as it stands now, it looks kind of grainy compared to the 'skin.' But, I love using that "faux skin-tone" trick to make the CAST gals look scantily-clad. Used it all the time in PSU to make it look as though the parts were barely covering up the goodies.
