You can get Rappy Suits from My Shops. They're bloody expensive, though.

I believe the aesthetics feature (エステ利用パス) which costs 500AC will allow you to recolor your character. This equates to roughly 6 dollars.

Untrue. You need a Recolor Ticket. The recolor option inside the makover shop doesn't have the little orange triangle next to it (which signifies an AC-required option). The only way to change a color is with a Rappy Suit trade-in.
