Gal Wind sucks though, so it's no reason to use Talis.
Why they thought putting a slightly better version of a mediocre latent on the new 12* weapons was a good idea, I'll never know.
I like using Na Grants for spawn killing weak enemies from time to time, and having to replace/reposition the talis can be aggravating.
Also, most of existing talis are weak enough in comparison to Caduceus that they wouldn't actually be better for dealing damage with light techs. The only one that might outdo it is the Bio Talis, but going through the trouble of getting that specifically for light techs is hardly worth it.
