Anyone getting stuck on this IP too?

When I do a tracert from home, I get stuck on this IP:

158.205.104.60

After that, it's all time-outs.

Af work, I also get to this IP, but after this one, I reach the IP of PSO2 (either website of game server) so it passes through.

My question is: why it passes at work, but not at home? Why it keeps timing out at home in this IP?

Also, this IP is AFTER reaching Japan. So I wanted to know if anyone else gets stuck at this one.

Nope. I seem to jump to my ISP and then it can't go any further.
