Uh...no, they don't. I'm not even going to touch the item usage thing, you don't even understand what feinting is.
Every claw swipe in a Banther combo, even when enraged, is something you can react to. If you can't, your reflexes are too poor to be decent melee. In that sense, there is no such thing as a feint because none of them actually punish you as long as you're paying attention. The only boss that even has something that could be called a feint simply by description is Quartz's double take when it nose dives, and that's still cake to dodge.
That's Anri, one of 6 civilian NPC that was removed in the Episode 3 update

You mean henri?
let's face it, the only boss worth using "reflexes" on is Knight Gear.
Knight Gear is really weak, though. Even if I should get hit a lot, I'm highly unlikely to die against Knight Gear. Banthers, dragons, Hunar and Angel will kill you if they have their way for three seconds. Just yesterday, I was quadruple hit by Crys Draal's charge; I was not aware that attack could hit more than once (and no, no lag).
I'm glad about the Extreme Pass update. I saw no reason to do that in PSU (Voloyal coin) already, and PSO2 Ep3 gave us Casino tickets automatically, it made no sense.
