Free field MPAs are long dead :c

Your best bet nowadays are just running EQ or AQ (AQ update in few days, too!) while using EXP boosters.
But try to find another person to play with, since being on party also grants you a decent amount of EXP bonus.

Additionally, run some COs and DOs, or TOs are also giving decent EXP reward but you have to be on a team to access TO.

You can sell the item to NPC, feed it to MAG, or put it in MY SHOP.

Other then taht, you'll have to put it in storage in the main game.
