I deny those charges! And whatever fiendish purpose they may serve...
And with the rest bonus thing, the reason there was downtime was because of some naming issue where names were being duplicated in some fashion. and either way, it was wasted on my main character. He'd been level 60 long enough to have the full 1.5 levels of rest state generated =/

And unless you haven't played your alts in a while, it shouldn't be wasted on them
Since I was halfway between 37 and 38 when I got it, that 1.5 levels put me at 39.
Just got 39 recently to find out I still have a healthy amount of rest state left... as quests push it up more, and the slight build ups of additional rest state while clearing that 1.5 bars
This will put me right under 40. Awesomeness

I'm just getting to 40 for the plate and mount.
So once I hit 40 I'm getting plate, then making an alt with 2 gathering professions in order to get some money.
Once the others catch up, yeah we'll do SM.
