apparently you lose it the moment you switch weapons. the weapon itself isnt very good either and if youre playing Ra/Et, Base 5%, JA 50%, Crit Ring 25% and if using Lib Rifle with GS S5 20%+20% = 120% Crit rate. Even without Liberates crit, 80% Crit rate is still good, use a weapon pass camo if you like the design otherwise stick to LS or Lib.

Also the fact that you even need to hit a wp 60 times is still not worth the trade off either instead of getting an immediate boost through w/e the pot offers or through SSA's

A lot of things, like Bonus Keys/Quests and Advanced Quests other than Forest, were dummied out of the CBT.
Of the things you have listed, only Buster Quests are story-locked; the rest unlock as follows (I can confirm as I did unlock them during the CBT with these conditions):

Featured Quests: Complete the first Level Cap CO
Advanced Quests: Reach Level 40
Weekly ARKS Missions: Tier 1 ARKS Missions are available from the get-go, Tier 2 unlock at Level 40, and Tier 3 unlock at Level 50; once you hit a new Tier on a character, it replaces the lower Tier even if you switch to a lower level class. For Daily Missions, you will get the new Tier Missions at midnight after you hit the right level, but for Weekly, you have to wait until after maintenance to get the new Tier Missions.

This is based on the Japanese server, so it is subject to change on the NA server: You can obtain Bonus Keys from Reward Boxes after getting an A-rank on a Featured Quest and from Tier 2/3 ARKS Missions (Keys were substituted for other items for these Missions during the CBT). You use them by selecting the matching Bonus Quest from the Quest Counter, and they are consumed when the Quest starts.

This is not concrete, just based on what I have observed thus far.
The client itself seems to be pretty close to the Japanese server since it had stuff like Group Chat and ARKS Missions, though lots of stuff was dummied out for the CBT, but if I recall some tweets from the CBT, they are trying to make sure that roll out is going to be new user friendly, so they will likely unlock content over time rather than having it released all at once.

Drops have never been restricted to Premium-only. If you are thinking about the old passes that were needed to sell 10* weapons, those are long gone.
Premium only gives added conveniences, it does not in any way effect core gameplay.

Either Tekk or dump them. In the settings you can set it so you only get the rare item alert for 10*+ items, and this is usually more beneficial since you can use those as a source of Excubes.

I don't suggest maxing out Same Arts PP Save as you'll need to use 18 PA's to even see the full use and as for Standing Snipe proc'ing, I think you will use Sneak Shot/Piercing Shot then go into End Attract or Sat Cannon which in turn activates Tech Arts Count Bonus which from there you can spam 3x PA's of your choice while retaining the dmg boost after you've used SS/PS.

Launcher is still primarily a mobbing only weapon (as Rifle is primarily bossing) so if you're familiar already with mobbing with that weapon (Divine charge spam along with a couple of other PA's) then theres not much to it

Unless you are a Newman, you should have enough DEX at 75/75 Hu/Fi; if you are a Newman, then your option is to get Br or Bo to lv75 for their class bonus (they each give a permanent 30DEX to your base stats).
It is never a good idea to mess with getting a pure mag just for the sake of equipping one item.

For the first SP CO, the enemies must be a minimum level of 21 (this bit of information is missing from the CO information box on the NA server), so if you are doing Forest Exploration, it must be done on Hard, not Normal.

In addition to what Anduril said, you also need to be the corresponding class. So you have to be Hunter as mainclass to progress the Hunter COs, Ranger mainclass to progress ther Ranger COs etc.

Level Cap Trial II now unlocks the cap all the way to 95 for normal classes. Successor classes (Hero, Phantom, and Etoile) still have their individual Cap unlocks.

When I realized that its the items it wants I tried scratching the tickets and it seems that I can't. Can I scratch them somehow, or I just lost some money since I can't do anything with them? I contacted support but unfortunately i forgot that the email tied to the acct isn't working right. Did tell them that and provided a new email, but i just don't think they care about my money. LOL

Assuming you have them in your Inventory, you use AC Scratch Tickets in the Play Scratch Tickets Menu:

2- Timed Abilities (and Skill Rings) do not count as slots; they are treated in the same way Potentials are with Weapons.

I'm keeping those for the ability transfer (need 100 Class Cubes). This will save me the price of materia and Tech&PP/3 as well as the hassle of getting a weapons with Phrase Weak to 8 slot.

you have a choice of subbing Hunter for a tankier Gu or subbing Fighter so once NA hits the Lv85 cap you'll be at the Meta play of Gunner on release instead of having to re-level another subclass again.

Questions like this are a bit difficult to answer because a lot of weapons being good is also the player's skill level in using a weapon.
If you were new to both classes, in my opinion, it would be much more simple and easy to use Ph rifle than it is to use Hr TMGs.

You can try deleting your current characters and start new ones instead. Just be aware that there is a waiting period for deleting characters.

Right now we don't have a ton of information on how low the damage bonus of Stil gets to if you keep getting hit (It's basically Gix/Hero Boost)

Liberate will provide you with consistent damage and has more slots for affixes to take advantage of things like S5:Anthesis Cultivation. Unlike Stil it can also have an S4 so it can also get things like S4:Rising Pursuit or S4: Calming Intent.

Stil will probably be what you want if you're going for the absolute most damage you can do but, getting hit and having your damage bonus decrease means your maximum amount of damage will fluctuate if you're not consistently countering/dodging. Unlike Liberate though, Stil has S1,2,3 along with S5. So should the lowest the damage bonus on Stil go to none, the S1-3 will be some sort of insurance to provide you a damage boost outside of the weapon's potential. Should you be able to maintain the max damage bonus, you also get the 40% DMG resistance, 60% Natural PP regen, 20PP every 10s, and becoming massive so it's really powerful to keep that damage bonus and avoid getting hit.

Liberate is great overall with really no cons, Stil has the cons of losing your damage and other bonuses if you get hit too much but, has the pros of being the strongest weapon in the game at the moment.

thank you very much with your input. So I guess, Stil is like a high risk high reward kind of weapon... hmm... since I'll be getting hit most of the time, then I'll go make a Liberate instead. Stil is basically the new power creep. Already doing better than Liberate, takes 7s to be put at full power if your dmg is reset. Whether its still stronger than Lib during reset time (i think it still is but id have to look into it) is what im looking for still.

During quests I normally don't see any stat boosts my mag provide me with. When are these actions triggered? Are these action triggered THAT randomly that they may be not triggered at all during a quest? Does it somehow depend on my class (I'm Etoile) or any other circumstances (like item effects, daily boost effects etc.)?

PB Homing isnt good so dont use it and it does get a boost from leveling the ring

What do you have Weapon Action set to? Are you using the Front Roll Ring? Are you sticking to Roll>Roll>Normal or are you doing the full Roll>Roll>Roll?

All my classes wep action set to Y and yeah i got front roll ring, was doing normal>roll x2 or x3. Idk just feels like i’m doing something wrong and the JA window feels off.
Gotten a bit better at it i just don’t think i should have been doing normals between each roll.

The Normal after Roll #2 is to avoid the last slo-mo Roll since that's the one that can really screw with timing. Also, you can't JA the S-Rolls themselves, just from them to an Attack or PA, so you only need to worry that JA timing window.

I am pretty sure that one of the main uses of the new special ability transplant is so that you can take the super-expensive affix that you did with older units and transfer them to newer units, so you don't have to do the affix again.

Of course, you need to be patient enough to collect the necessary transplant passes in order to do so. But, at least now there is another way.

You can get both sets of Bonuses from the normal and Gold scratch. What it means is that you can only get each tier once, so once you get the Aika Hair from the normal scratch bonus, you can't get it from the normal scratch bonus again.

As far as I know, you set a Main ARKS Mission to track. You just need to click that ARKS Mission again to turn it off.

The HTML file I provided is the same as the one otakun linked, just with the previous error corrected in the code via a Hex editor; ie. you should not need to change anything yourself. If neither is working, then there is a chance that the code has changed in the character files themselves since the last time I used it.

@ fullmetal24: Another way of farming class cubes would be playing Dark Falz Arms EQ on Ultra Hard. That requires your character to be at least 85 to play. But it will frequently drop class cubes if you run with some boosters, not sure if it works without boosters too. Since I play basically with RDR 250% and Tri-Boost 100% on all the time, I usually get 1 class cube per arm run.


Also a random question: Those weapons that can be traded from the Divide Medal Shop, Megalis Rod and the likes, are they any good for what they cost?
I like the rods design, it's pretty badass, but I'm not sure if I should get it or not...?

With over nearly 300 base stat than Liberate, Megalis Rod probably will be slightly better than Liberate should you add good S2 and S3 and probably a decent affix on it but, the downside is that 40 second wait time to get your 11% DMG boost + PP regen (I say this because of how the potential was translated and I haven't seen it in action yet so I may be wrong).

As for the Vortex weapons, they seem interesting and if you go all out on affixing you can really take advantage of S1: Strike/Shoot Boost, only having just that S1 slot kinda sucks though. I haven't seen the weapon in action so I can't say much about the autofire, at 10mil damage though maybe it auto firing twice makes a big difference. I've also heard that it has a hidden damage boost just like the Chaval weapons have that hidden 10% DMG boost once the potential activates but, I don't think there has been any confirmations that I could find.

as for the weapons in the shop, Megalis stuff isn't worth it based on how it works and even more not worth the time with how much its asking for. Stick with Stil. As for the TMG/Kat with the little turrets, no idea, I haven't see how well those could work but only having an S1 is kinda killer

For the first one:

I think you do like 2x Damage to the Red Core Crotch Piece when it is in "Attack Mode" (starts in at at step 25(?), changes to it with 30%~ HP, or changes to it when you break the back piece). When it is in attack mode you can see the rear piece is weak to Fire which is when you can burn it to stun it for 20 seconds. I tried for 2 burns for a while but never saw it happen, so whether you can or not I stop after 1.

Just want to wail on the front Red Core piece while it is in "Attack Mode" as much as possible.

Can be cautious of the big area move as it goes from "Attack Mode" to "Defense Mode", either jump a little and float in the middle (just attacking or using the Light/Ice Simple Compound Tech or whatever else you have) and wait. Or maybe you'll break a part like one of its boosters / burn it while waiting to dodge it.

For the other two:

I don't think there is much to really watch for besides getting grabbed by Shiva/Mitra down the line as it gives back her super damage mitigation she starts with.

I guess stuff like, you probably want to use stuff that can damage both. You probably want to parry/counter/heal through the lots of attacks

I added the Tweaker to steam and it works. Steam always running as admin. The options on the tweaker to make steam overlay to work never made a difference for me.

There is no exact date available yet; right now it is still just Spring 2020, and fiscally the Spring Quarter runs from April 1st until June 30th, so they could release on June 30th and still technically claim it is Spring.
More than likely, though, they are waiting for the XBox version to be ready to leave Beta (becuase, oh boy, does it still need a lot of polish), and then they will both get an "official launch" date.

According to the swiki, they are real.
"Achieve 5,000,000 cumulative points in Divide Quest" for the Chronos.
"Achieve 50,000,000 cumulative points in Divide Quest" for the Amphrite.
"Achieve 100,000,000 cumulative points in Divide Quest" for the Unlocker.

Assuming this is accurate, if you can't see them in your title list, then they are likely hidden until you unlock them.

The only way for us F2P players are exchanging excubes to Fun tickets then spam it till you get that sweet 3 day my shop tickets.

You still need to present the properly extended weapons to Zeig to get the charms n the first place, but you can do that just by passing the same set around to all your characters; once they have the charms, just any Monkey King Bar and Vrolet will work.

It will stay at 5pp/sec.Orb's Potential completely disables all skills and affixes that increase natural PP recovery while the Weapon is unholstered. You can't even recover PP using Hero TMG's Weapon Action with Orb's potential since it counts as a natural PP recovery multiplier.

Well if you make it to 1m points weekly, you'll get 3 of each. You can also unlock some with titles.

I've been using the PSO2 Alert app on my computer with "Start with Windows" turned on. The problem is that for some reason, Windows Defender catches it everytime I restart, labeling the application as a Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.D!ml threat. It's been labeled by Windows Defender through different letters but it's still the same threat.

Units imo are very good (50 hp, 22 pp, 50 atk)as they have the best HP:PP pool of any other unit beside Rappy Shine, while also being 13* so there is no downside behind it. They are also leg units, so you can use it along any other specialized rear. Both mirage and nova seem to be almost the same, and only the elemental resistance changes.

these are basically the things that are going to increase your chances of getting more Photon Boosters dropping, the more people, the more enemies, the increased net of drops from them (including PSE bursts). If you happened to get more solo, it's likely you got just lucky and just not as lucky with the drops during a 4 person run since solo you genuinely you'll always attain less Capsules, Boosters etc. Also the higher the risk, the more infection cores on mobs spawn frequently which I believe increases rare drops too (obviously boosted EXP too)

TLDR: if you're looking to farm Capsules and Photon Boosters, ALWAYS farm with 3-4 people because you'll get more drops and mobs

Like, if I start a Divide Quest alone using cross block matching, does the game check for an open room for me to join for each stage individually? So I could do stage 1 with two other players, stage 2 alone and then stage 3 with three other players or something?

Also, why can I not unlock the next stages of Divide quests?
I finished every stage in Divide quests so far with S-rank and the 2 times I played Divide Quests the overall quest rank was S as well.
Still, after beating stage 1-5 I couldn't select stage 6-10 from the quest menu because I allegedly did not complete stage 1-5 with S-rank and now after beating 6-10 I again cannot select stage 11-15 because I allegedly did not complete stage 6-10 with S-rank.
Is that a known bug or something?

In both cases I was not in party but alone when I checked at the quest menu.

I think its point based, genuiely have to repeat certain step play throughs roughly 2 times before the later steps are unlocked. Just a reminder you should be picking Point only routes until steps 26-30 because then its up to how you play and how many time ls you die. No reason to go life routes on steps 1-25

Every time I have gotten an overall rank of S-rank, the next set of steps unlocks.
Every time I have gotten an A-rank or worse, the next set of steps did not unlock.
The amount of points I had earned or the number of life routes I had chosen didn't matter.

Note that this is the overall rank for the run. It is not the rank that appears after you beat the boss on step 5/10/15/20/25/30. It is the rank that is given to you when you return to the gateway ship.

At minimum, you must get 3 S-ranks and two A-ranks, or 4 S-ranks and one B-rank.

Important to note that, while the rear units all have the same stats (10 HP, 1 PP, 10/10/10 ATK, 322/322/322 DEF), the arm and leg units have varying stats.
The variations include:
- 224~252 of each DEF, no HP, 10 PP, 80 of a singular ATK
- 252~280 of each DEF, 20 HP, 8 PP, 50 of two ATK stats
- 280~308 of each DEF, 40 HP, 6 PP, 40 of all ATK stats

Ok. I was assigning PAs to my wand and unknowingly put the Heavy Hammer option on my X button. I figured out how to get the regular attack back by removing the Heavy Hammer PA. Now my regular attack doesn't have the shooting attack from my wand anymore. Or is it that Rods have the projectile attack and wands don't?

lol That's like saying Wizards in D&D are the same as Clerics ... no ... they aren't.
A wizard pokes you with sticks and daggers when they run out of spells while a cleric will just cave your skull in with a huge mace and might heal you if they're in a good mood.

Also, multiple wands have projectile attacks which do actual damage unlike the Force skill which is for PP regen unless you build for it for, while fun, mediocre damage.

Are you creating new Data Drives, or just using the same one over and over? The recipe unlocks are tied to Data Drive creation (with the exception of a few that just unlock at lv20 and lv30).

You'll usually find more people on Block-001 or Block-002 on any of the Ships. Also, try looking for Alliances that are recruiting through the Visiphone. Additionally, it may be a good idea to check out the official NA forums (https://forum.pso2.com/) as there is even a section for Alliances that are recruiting.

I have Earth with exp level 5 Timed Abilities available for ordering at my crafting station for example, even though the rest of the stat bonuses are below average. The cost is Photon Drops and Steerias/Steearms/Steelegs

There was this balance update where Hero Boost is reduced by 30% every time you get hit for 20% of your max HP instead of 60% as before.
Now I saw in the skill sim on arks layer it lists the Hero Boost reduction as 10%, is that wrong or did Sega secretly lower it from 30% (or I didn't notice a new balance update they announced)?

If this is for the NA server, then your only choice is Epicenter. Currently the NA server does not have the Arena Boosters that are needed to unlock Delicate Undertaking.

its been the same as ever

however I'd argue with how Sega's been handling content (prior to the Pandemic delays) it feels like there has been a slow drop off with the playerbase as a whole.

Currently there isn't much to do in game aside run Divide Quest, dailies/weeklies, Leveling Alts, literally ONE relevant EQ with a single unit drop that makes the EQ pointless to run after. The Pandemic is delaying content and we haven't heard much from Sega about the next stream and whats coming forward yet until they get their work at home situation settled and w/e else they have to do. We just have boring boost campaigns the rest of the month and well, it's not really worth playing unless you're bored or trying/getting caught up on gear or w/e else you have to do.

You can obtain some from ARKS Missions, but they are primarily given out as part of seasonal BINGO cards and Limited ARKS Missions.
