Another difficulty level after Ultimate

Fuck It Mode.

You die and warp to Campship for quest failure if a rare drops.

Battle Mode. You can do all normal Arks Quest, but you can also damage each other. Classes with focus on single-target combat excel during PvE, but if your teammate is a dick you and leaves you to fight a ragne, can just AoE him once you take it down/ignore it.

Arks Mode

Challenges include:
May only carry half of each healing item - monomate, dimate, trimate
Same number of star atomizer
No revival - Die and you will instantly fail the mission
No partner/friend characters (player may still join you)
Creatures are much tougher with new attack patterns
Higher chances of initiating Emergency Quests (Bosses)
All Avoid Emergency Quests: number of hits is reduced to 1
One hit from those Gel barf? and lightning -> instant death

- i like that idea, though i usually quit if i die once anyway (fuck anything besides S-rank) unless farming. however, abilities that one shot you would be retarded.
- good, better farm maps with no NPCs. would love this
- if they buff HP they better buff our damage. taking 9 years to kill 1 mob is tedious. bosses are another story
- good maps have a lot of them, but would be nice if more consistant
- afk players make you fail D:
- as above. also, just no. (failing a E.code means failing the quest? nah)

am i really the only one who approves of they way they did things in the past and do things now, difficulty wise? its pso man, lower your expectations xD

Though in a serious perspective, Omega mode might hit the fact home about the game being much harder then ultimate.
