Chao Garden
  • Start up the offline "Fake in Yellow" quest and complete it.
  • At the end, talk to the assistant, but don't collect the reward.
  • Then follow the steps covered here.
Puyo Pop
  • Go online and load the "Gallon's Shop" quest under Shops.
  • Go to the Medical Center area and you will see a shiny thing on the floor.
  • Pick it up and you will get a question
  • Select yes and you will get the key item for Puyo Pop
  • Finish the quest.
  • After the quest, load up the online "Pioneer Warehouse" quest under Shops.
  • You will now be able to download Puyo Pop
Nights Score Attack
  • Go online and start up the online quest "Dream Messenger" under Event.
  • Complete the quest as show in the guide here.
  • At the end, Nights will make an appearance and give you your attack score and a key item.
  • Finish the quest.
  • After the quest, load up the online "Pioneer Warehouse" quest under Shops.
  • You will now be able to download Nights Score Attack.
Chu Chu Rocket
  • Go online and start up the online quest "Reach for the Dream" under VR.
  • Complete the quest as show in the guide here with a S-Rank score in the quest.
  • Go into the room with a computer that was previously blocked by the lazers. The computer will tell you that you got the Chu-Chu Rocket key item.
  • Finish the quest.
  • After the quest, load up the online "Pioneer Warehouse" quest under Shops.
  • You will now be able to download Chu-Chu Rocket.
