They changed how it works a while ago, you need to "favourite" the ex storage which you want to deposit items to, by pressing the shift button. The star next to ex storage 1 means that it's chosen by default, so you'll just need to change it.

Hey, I have a question about difficulty.

Do you get better drops for completing an emergency quest on higher difficulties?

Is it worth it to use rare drop boosters on a super hard Quest compared to an extra hard one?


Lets use Profound Darkness as an example. I have a max level class that I could complete the emergency quest on the highest difficulty extra hard. But I would rather the experience go to my level 55 class so instead I do a super hard Profound Darkness.
It it more rewarding to just do it on the max difficulty or to level my class on the lower difficulty?

It's to do with how well the arrow tracks the enemy, which has its own problems. The duration itself caps at level 10, accidentally typed 20 instead.

Edit: Manual aiming does work with the ring if something can be locked on naturally.

I think best place is Idetta quest. The one with the toy Darker boss. Also you could look at enemy list on each quest and see the responding rate of what monster would be there. it is in quest records which all you need to do is click on the quest and under quick start you should see it.

Question about new CF wand, and about techer in general. Want to be able to melee and cast techs as techer main. I'm not a real fan of being forced to use bow to be effective with Te/Br is that at all possible?

Techer main's damage is best for mobbing... anything that will pull enemies together to whack them all at once for massive damage is great(especially Zondeel). Each enemy hit by a melee from wand makes it's own explosion that damages anything that is in it's range. EG: You have two enemies being hit at once, each takes 3 hits, one from the whack, and 2 explosions. Three enemies would be 4 hits, 1 whack, 3 explosions.

For bossing, it's usually best to use bow but you can kind of use talis as Te/Fo to deal ok damage. Custom ragrants still packs a wallop, same with compounds. But for bosses you're generally gonna be buffing others and making sure they're alive while providing Zanverse damage(put points into wind mastery, it boosts the % of additional damage zanverse does). All the Shifta passives(you can skip shifta critical if you want...not that great) on a full MPA means you're helping a ton. A MPA full of poorly geared players goes to decent with a Te main buffing them, and a decent one to a good, etc.

In other words, you won't be doing damage directly, but through other players. It's a way bigger MPA DPS boost than I think most people realize.


What is the best way to get lambda grinders?

Zieg weekly is the best bet. More characters means more Lambdas. So if you only have one character, you should make another free one just to get those honestly. Other than that I honestly suggest something like Challenge Quest for CM for Lambdas...far more worth your time than getting them at the casino, where the coins are best saved for other things like triggers.

I would also keep doing your featured quests. Magatsu bonuses give 1 and 3 for silver and gold respectively, and you're gonna get craftman's seals and lambdas directly otherwise. Yamato also gives 1-3 per completion...usually...

Well, one thing to keep in mind is I was telling you how to optimize. This is the same for Te/Fi btw .w.; Unless you wanna pull out some knuckles or daggers, it's the same situation.

If you really wanna boss with technics, you have to go Force or you're just playing a weaker force. It's fine if you're playing for support but otherwise, you just play Te to beating up mooks. That's fine for things like SHAQ or seasonal EQs btw. TD I imagine you can get away with it as well, even if Fo would be better. I would only request throwing out some Te boosted shiftas for other party members there...it benefits you to have the boost and it would benefit even more to spread it.

I just wouldn't bring it to a boss EQ and hoping to do hefty damage from your own attacks. Anyone trying to cast techs without Elemental Conversion is SoL for doing great damage. And if you just wipe out a talis to do high damage, then as Te main it's not...working out when you're ignoring the wand or the support when Fo just does talis damage better.

But...again, to stress this point, it has it's fine moments, it's just not for boss EQs unless supporting/ragrants banish bombing. Otherwise it will work, trust me. Go out and have some fun.

Once you grind to +10, you can unlock the pot, and it resets to ungrinded, then you grind again for the next one~! Doesn't that sound fun?

And unlike NT grinding, each grind attempt can fail with old weapons. A failure can result in no grind progress (best case scenario) or actually LOWERING your weapon's grind levels (worst case scenario).

+2s are from fun shop at 1600 fun each
full protects are AC scratch, but can be bought off player shop and are usually cheap now

I'm pretty sure killing enemies while they're inside the circle adds to the % boost. I don't think it adds at all if they die outside the circle.

NT Weapons are honestly a blessing.

It's worth noting that using a risk reducer makes each "risk table" go back a step, rather than just removing the drop for whatever failure happens. In other words, it makes it so it uses the table for if it was -1 if you use a +1 grind risk on a -2 chance(which means far less chance of it dropping on failure). It doesn't reduce the chance of failure, is all.

We should add that excubes can be exchanged for 30% grind success rates. It was often the biggest reason(as far as I understand) to get them. Those will save you lambdas and money...so yeah, pretty important to get.

Blitz fender technically drops from Elder/loser, but the chances of it are almost literally nothing, you are better off just killing PD 5 times with boosts active, Eagle flint comes from one of the Mining base missions, but again, easier to just get kills on 71+ mobs, Blue tmg drops from desert, tunnels, sanctum, and coast SHAQs

unfortunately that blitz fender doesn't count, PD weapon has a specific listing over it which says that it can be only acquired by killing PD. It was the same for the weapons from Yamato files. even if you get that weapon while holding the file, it won't count, unfortunately

you can do it at any time but I recommend saving them for last, +30 to +35 exp is a lot higher than +1 to +10 exp, saves a few grinders to wait till then end on feeding copies and meseta too

blitz fender is marked as PD only drop, NOTHING else counts towards the % bar and finding it by any other means doesn't count at all
eagle flint is any lv71+ mob, best way to get this is go out and kill a bunch of stuff in XH it'll drop as soon as the bar fills
blue machine gun is best looked for in SH AQs, specifically tunnels/coast/desert/sanctum any of those 4, will not drop in the other AQs not listed there, and here in AQs it wont glow white like you would expect, just sorta keep an eye out for any tmg and pick it up, if its the one you need the CF will automatically clear the space upon picking up the item

You're not guaranteed a Rainbow Weaponoid Stone, it's all RNG once you're on the gift system.

IDK if their info is wrong or you're not remembering it right, but to get a rainbow weaponoid stone, you have to keep using the chip of whatever weapon waifu you have completed their story to, and eventually they'll send you a gift in the mail like a creepy obsessive ex. It's random what you get. You might even get the weapon they represent.

At Lv5, it's like this (using 3 JA-ed normal attacks as example):

1st(0%) > 2nd(5%) > 3rd (10%).


At lv10:
1st(0%) > 2nd(10%) >3rd (10%)

Personally, I like lv10 because I main Braver and Ranger most of the time, and these two classes benefit from early JA bonus. I also have Hunter main and Bouncer (to play for fun) and having to not worry about when to get full Fury Combo bonus is a plus for me lol

At Lv5, it's like this (using 3 JA-ed normal attacks as example):

1st(0%) > 2nd(5%) > 3rd (10%).


At lv10:
1st(0%) > 2nd(10%) >3rd (10%)

Personally, I like lv10 because I main Braver and Ranger most of the time, and these two classes benefit from early JA bonus. I also have Hunter main and Bouncer (to play for fun) and having to not worry about when to get full Fury Combo bonus is a plus for me lol

Finish any ARKS Quests and Free Fields that you haven't yet, and they should unlock.
If you are fleshie, yes, you need to use a Makeover Pass to change the second tone, even the first time. If you are a Cast, the second color is directly linked to your Subcolor 3.

If you are using Tier 6 shaders, that might be Character Lighting. Go into the in-game shader options, and try reducing it to 0.

3) In EQ ....I use TeSu should mpa lead want me as Te-main (no other people want to do Te, other JP Te-main I know also use TeSu) instead of GuRa ..... but I'm using HyperSunlight (for innate MomentGale, extra-fast-non-cancelable Zanverse, mini zondeel, and additional +20% Zanverse power).

As for in UQ ... sometimes seeing 1 damage (from cores) taken is fun :P Front-line to mob of course (to help gather + Zanverse buff only though)

Equipment wise, should be all right to use pure defensive equipment (I used my HuSu unit setup filled with heavy S-resistance / a bit of HP and 60-ish S-Atk ...... Body and Ability3 or anything for raw S-Def in weapon), since main damage come from Zanverse. It'll also prevent you from dying when using MoonAtomizer.

Most likely you won't need to care about your own HP (due to insane Def + HP Regen), only need to care of other player's HP / maintaining Buff + Zanverse.

Also, might want to get JB with innate StrikeGust and GranWave (no need to affix / grind it, since only used for buff .... just affix MomentGale weapon for survival on the front-line) for un-cancel-able Shifta / Deband, like with Zanverse.

for Austere, yes but you still have several choices
Full Austere for Austere main weapon
Austere rear + Arm + orbit leg and weapon for orbit use.
Good thing is that even if you lose a part of the set bonus by switching weapons, you still get something sizeable enough to not be crippling, and that applies to every set working like that.

If you do switch weapons a lot and want a normal set with a free weapon choice; then there's only Double that came out after Saiki (the Saiki vs Double set is pointless, depends if you find the HP beneficial for your survival, or don't need it and just squeeze extra ATK.

In regards to the Force / Techer setup question: It depends more on what elements you've put skill points into. austere rear/arm + orbit leg is good regardless of any weapon pairing. their inherent stats are what make them better than saiki due to high def/hidden resists, not pairing with a specific wep.

You can only buy 10-12* weps from the Player Shops with a pass. Either that, or you hunt down the item you want as a drop.

You may be able to trade for what you want, but both players have to have active premium subscriptions, and if you have premium, you could just get the passes from the recycle shop anyways.

there isn't a way to buy them unless you have premium but I highly recommend getting a 13 star from collection.
If you are starting out with stuff and need quick gear i recommend doing eq and trying to survive to the end make sure you have 250% boost, which you can get from the excube shop. If you are really just starting out there are quest to help you lvl up and matter board (episodes) for quick items. some items have 10 stars. Right now there are 4 quest handing out 13 stars: twin daggers, rifle, knuckles, and double saber.

there are more stuff but eq right now is the fastest way to get a 10 star
11 star and 12 are definitely easier if you can do collection. they are piratically free.
this probably didn't help much but keep asking there are bound to be an answer

Katana in my opinon:
reason are its much faster than bow, damages are really good. 20 second invinciblity, counter attacks, blocking, dogdging. cool PAs. and tons of affixed weapons for the class. all round mob skills and bosses skills

Bow is like a harder version of rifle. definitely the one of the fastest boss killer out there reaching damages of over 500k or more. But you have to set up the shot that going to be fired to achieved this damage also it must hit weak points. However bow has gotten alot better if you like using long range
I still recommend Katana because it really is much faster.

It's a quick way to switch between classes/etc...when you save a set, it saves your current class/sublcass, inventory items, palette layouts...it will literally pull the items out of your bank and equip them for you whenever you need. Just make sure to overwrite (save) your set whenever you get a new item or change something.

its for gears and classes but not skills unless you have another skill tree.
the gears and clasess are when you want to say hunter to braver, or braver to summoner. this system relieve the pain of having to reequip weapons, gears, and etc. you cannot change skills unless you have two skills trees. meaning that if you have two skills trees with differn't skills on each tree. then you could switch between those trees. the -my set- will not reset your skill points. it will only switch to another skill tree if you have another one to use.

In other words this wand at 20 element is probably barely sronger than a Nox at Full element, even with the wave.

Something I wish MORE players would realise... Just having a 13* (which have become vastly easier to obtain than 6 months ago) doesn't make you "good to go" as far as gear. That player with the 20% Revolucio Sword+6 ain't doing crap compared to the guy next to him with a 50% crafted Ex12 Red Sword+20.

The face codes are:

Let's imagine for a moment that I'm going to play Crit Wand smacker FI/TE because Ethan is a shitty excuse for a FI/TE. Aside from the Critical skills, what exactly would I be investing in? Limit Break, Chase Advance, Territory Burst, etc.? Also, assuming I get the Wand I want, I'll get a 90% Crit Rate with C. Strike, Stance Critical, and Shifta Critical. Because you don't have Ra as your main or sub. You need to use the class the weapon belongs to use it's PAs. Weapons with built in PAs are the only exception to this.

Last year, they rotated back in LQ that dropped 2015 badges near the end, pretty sure it's gonna comeback. Otherwise, right now the AQ stone exchange let's you trade 100 small AQ stone (any combinaison) for 1 gold badge 2016.

When NT was implemented, 1-6* were fully converted to NT only. As you saw, you can only gain them from npc shop or players shop (eitheir old stock or EP1-3 matterboard reward). 7-12* that got a NT version suffered the same fate.

While it's no longer possible to get some old versions of weapons normally, PSO2es sometimes drops the old versions.

Add Class (if this is what you mean) is still here. You just need a weapon that can be crafted. Red is usually the de facto Crafting weapon.

There should not be a cap of Torana stone for TD4; generally its the more you boost the more you find. This can be done if you use ubella Staff, lucky rise units, 250%, 100% tirbooster. and so on. its crazy how much boost people leave out these days. just using 250% is not do jack. of course thats all they have so sorry about that.

First hit exit and you should see the tabs underneath go to the ones with the gears turning. there should be option
Once there go to video setting and click it.
there you should see two place drawing features and display feature.
go to display feature and you should see how many detailed model count to display. minimum is 50, 100 is max

Have you cleared "Tokyo Free Field" yet? Because it appears that you haven't completed the green sierra picture/icon/box next to the one you would like to complete... and that green box seems to be a prerequisite to the the story-box that you want to complete (which is Box 015-B, which involves your character having a conversation with Lisa).

Ray Katana. The amount of raw S-ATK it has over the Yamigarasu outmatches the higher multiplier.
Also, as a side note, I just realized I made a little mistake; the 30% Yamigarasu would be 1365 S-ATK (not sure how I got the 1677), so a 50% would only be 1575 S-ATK.

How are the potentials on the new Gal Gryphon ds?
I saw a video that made it look like the old one was pointless, gotta clip into a boss for close range to work and max range for normal attack already was too far.
But then medium range means the frequent clipping will often keep the potential from proccing and neither potential is reliable.

Are the new potentials the same?
If not, what are the min/max distances? This is especially important for pas that have more range like Deadly Archer and Deadly Circle.

No way, you have to build it from scratch, there are overlay program that you can use to help, it overlay a image, and you build from that.

I'm going to guess you left the names as is which means there is a high chance they are in Japanese like this クーナc@あきしゃけ. You actually need to rename it something as Hiragana won't be picked up. We'll just call that one Qunac@Akishake, same name just now in English, it will now be picked up when you select 'Import' in the SA menu, provided it is saved in your import folder.

Make sure you do the 'new' EQ 'Regiment of the Wicked'. Gal drops a good chunk of them. Just got done, I did 4 runs I think, and got 46 Gold using 250% rdr, 100% tri, and 30% daily.

Personally it's easier to trade off 20 ATK per unit for 120 HP and some PP than it is to run Double Magatsuhi and affix more ATK. Alter is cheaper than Mod, straight up Stam is cheaper than Alter.

If you need HP+PP you can even use a Noble Stam from the Dudu fee and affixes you save on, it's not like you'll be using Noble ATK on anything below Saiki anyway. So Ex8 Hiei mixing HP and PP crafts and throwing HP/PP affixes in should give a better balance of stats vs Double Magatsuhi, given the same budget. But if going all in on HP it's a different story of course.

They're staying true to the lore of FFXIV actually. In FFXIV, Odin is actually a random warrior possessed by Zantetsuken, hence why there's more than one look as the sword is the true boss, the body is merely a host.
