Full points into technique. Although, with the appropriate skill on the summoner skill tree it can also be pure striking or pure ranged.
I guess it really depends on what class you're going to sub Su with.

It has to do with your shader level. With Simple shaders, all in game options are disabled; with normal shaders you get most available, but there are some that are disabled because they are part of the tier 6 shaders. Go into the launcher to up your shader level.

More exp yes but you still won't be able to go past the grind level limit. If you grinded that Astra Tremb to +30 without using any other Astra trembs you will only be able to get to +31 with that extra astra tremb you got. Using other Astra trembs raises the max grind possible up to +35. Basically to +35 a NT weapon you need 4 more of that same weapon besides the initial weapon.

It is one of the main reasons +35ing a weapon was something people didn't bother with besides the minuscule boost in atk.

You can go to +31 regardless of when the extras were used it will increase the max possible grind, better sooner rather than later.

If there's any candies you want to keep, make sure you remove them beforehand. I think it gives you the option to when returning the pet to the egg, but I'd do it manually first just in case. The eggs become account bound so you can give them to other characters, but not sell them, even if they're below 10*.

You need two more of that weapon to raise the cap to +35 before you can actually grind it to +35.

Not at all, NT weapon by default can max at level 30, you need 5 more to increase the grind limit to 35

Tekked weapon can be between 30~34 grind limit, but you still need the same weapon to raise the grind limit to +35

No you didn't waste them. That is why you were able to grind to +33. You need FIVE total to raise the max grind of ONE weapon. Initially it can reach +30 without the need of copies but it can't go any higher after that. Each copy you grind to the weapon raises the max possible by 1 up to 5 times which you need to be able to grind to +35.

The chances of this being redistributed in any time soon is super low (in fact, the only time that I can find it revived was part of a Xie FUN Shop in 2014), so if you want it, you're probably going to have to buy it.

No those are only given out if something is done regarding the trees. The chances of them giving out passes for the level cap increase are slim to none.

You need 700SG for an extra sheet and you can get two

TLDR: Yes, replace Aura with Astra.

Yes, you should replace your Aura rifle for the Astra one. Why? Because the damage potential on Aura rifle only affects bosses:

"強敵への与ダメージが12%上昇し、被ダメージが15%減少" (at level 3, Damage done to Bosses is increased by 12%, damage received from Bosses Only is reduced by 15%)

The damage reduction isn't particularly significant for RaHu, because more or less, RaHu is a tank (remaining SPs on Hu Tree usually goes into the Flash Guards), especially with Massive Hunter up.

Astra Rifle, on the other hand, gives an unconditional damage boost regardless of whether the enemy is a boss or not, while also significantly boosting PP recovery when performing normal-regular attacks:

"与ダメージを(6%/9%/12%)、攻撃時のPP回復量を(20%/30%/40%)上昇させる"

And yes, get rid of the 80 Dex on your Mag (you don't absolutely have to though, but I would... 'cause you know, OCD), in exchange for pure +200 Atk.

What to do with Aura Rifle? Maybe give it to an Alt, feed it into Astra when grinding, use it as fodder for affixing (assuming you have good affixes on the Aura Rifle)?

Honestly if the auras at least 60 ele,get an astra but keep the aura anyway.
Peoples seem vehemently opposed to the idea of carrying more than one weapon for different purposes but just whip it out when you're fighting bosses and you'll be fine using it.
Go the extra mile,slap an R-atk + HP affix onto it :vv

But on the off chance you ever fight odin and get a +34 one,shove the one you have in storage if you dont wanna use it.
Better yet,change its element to lightning so you can demolish Gruezoras Drago and Drago Deadleon in the current seasonal EQs.

If you can access XH content, then consider doing the Collection Files from Pudding (the girl at the right-most side of the Gate Area) in order to farm for Astra Sword (and whatever other Hunter Weapons), which is a 13* weapon.

No, do not get Invade Calibur at this point in time; it's not worth it even to get it so you can later upgrade it to Austere.

Here is your best option since you said you're not honestly very serious about maining Hu but just want to level it up to 75:

Get a 7* Red Sword (赤のソード), unlock it's potential to level 1 with Photon Boosters (or simply buy one with potential 1 already unlocked from the Player Shop, your choice). You can get Photon Boosters from Xie, the chick in the Shopping Area from trading 30 Weapon Badges (How do you get weapon badges? By running Limited Quest or The Valentine EQ, etc.). Then, you find a crafter on your ship to craft (or extend your weapon, whatever you want to call it) your Red Sword for you so the potential on it actually works. Or if you're on Ship 2 just go some place like pso2 reddit, or may be here on psow and request that someone do it for you; you will need crafting materials however, but they're cheap.

Then to level up, spam VH Urban/City Advanced Quest either by yourself or with friends, or spam the LQ if people still run it.

This is the best option since it means you don't have to heavily invest in anything, so you save $$$ and resources.

Edit:

And then for the class that you actually want to play, do Collection Files for Astra when you hit XH content.

Also, Sword is more universal and better than Wired Lance so use that. Plus, since you're only leveling up Hu, don't invest in too much stuff.

Yes, it's weak by itself, but because of the potential which states:

エクステンドした武器の使用時に威力が上昇する。(14%/15%/16%)

It means that "Crafted/Extended weapons gets a damage boost (14% for level 1 unlocked, 15% for level 2, etc.).

Once crafted with level 1 potential unlocked (it's not worth it to unlock any more for just mere minimal damage boosts), the Red Sword is actually on par with 12* weapons in terms of strength. Also, once you've crafted/extended your weapon to maximum, the damage variance of the weapon is minimal, so don't worry about that. But yes, you absolutely have to craft it though.

Important Note: if you're premium, you can just straight up buy stuff like 12* swords like エリュシオーヌ (Ely Sion), チェインソード(Chain Sawd), ライトニングエスパーダ (Lightning Espada), and equip them when your level is high enough in order to bs level your way to 75. But being able to buy them, however, requires a 12* Weapon pass that you can only get if you're premium. Also, however, they're OT weapons, so grinding sucks, and maybe expensive to buy one with the potential already unlocked on them. Honestly, the Red Sword is the best bet.

So if you're not premium, but rather a freemium (which I'm assuming), then the best option is the Red Sword, which you can simply get from the Player Shop.

Yes, you have to grind it to +10, then use Photon Boosters to unlock the potential (which resets the grind value back to +0), and then grind it back to +10 again. This is the OT Grinding System. Now people these days generally have NT weapons and therefore use the NT Grinding System.

To be able to craft weapons yourself, you need to have certain crafting achievements unlocked, or else you won't be able to craft the weapons. How to get these weapon crafting achievements unlocked? By crafting weapons over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, which can be extremely costly to do so.

So what does this mean? If you can't craft weapons yourself because you don't have these crafting achievements, and also you don't want spend tons of $$$ and other resources to unlock them yourself, then simply have other people who have already unlocked these crafting achievements do so. Thus, you save meseta, and resources (but you may have to wait a while for them to finish crafting the weapon for various reasons, like may be they're not logged into the game, have many other crafting jobs to do, etc.). Moreover, there are many people out there who already have all of these crafting achievements and therefore are able to craft a person's stuff for them, all that person has to do is request them.

Yes, all weapons, regardless of whether they're OT or NT weapons, should be at maxed element (50 for sub 13*, 60 for 13* and above), meaning you should ALWAYS (no exceptions) attribute grind your weapon to the max. Not attribute grinding a weapon means that you do less damage, and yes, it does make a LOT of difference.

I think those equally bad. But you can use rifle or launcher that Hu can equip, and in thus scenario HuRa can be beareable.

Maron strike explosion power is based on how big you can get your maron to be before you throw it; unless you're talking about the pet personality, which basically adds damage if your maron's hp is low (kinda like fighter halfline slayer)

It can actually be useful with GU but you'll need critical strike rings.
Critical strike Ring + Zero Range advance + TMG mastery is 10% more damage on critical hits and 75% critical rate, so it's still an ok thing to have, although rings are by type so it will only boost some of your PAs (If I remember correctly, Dead approach and physical PAs are strike type, so C ring strike vs the shooting PAs that need Critical Strike : Ranged

if you want to try that, it's all or nothing, though, removing any of the skills/rings in the equation make it pretty much worthless

Does the PA Damage Boost drink effect works on tech? If no, suggestion on boosting tech damage further? Weakhit is nice, but I'd try for general damage boost also, if can. Meanwhile, Shifta EX effect is rather small, afaik.

Okay, man... even after EQ has finished for a while now (about an hour ago)... That suspenseful-ominous music is still playing in the lobby and hasn't reverted back to normal; you know, the suspenseful-ominous tune where 15 minutes prior to facing Elder/Loser/PD, it starts playing. I dunno if this "phenomenon" is just affecting me, but yeah, after a while the "Tuh-Tuh-Tuh" sound effect from the tune starts to get pretty annoying.

Tried closing and restarting PSO2 but didn't seem to work... and no, haven't run file check yet.

Fighter has a lot of rings useful for it (Air Recovery, Step JA, Step jump etc) that you'd probably need a set of 12* units aswell, but for now those are the must haves.

Yes, two separate titles. Solo just has to be cleared on XH, so even getting a C rank should get you the title; the group one requires an S rank on XH with two or more players. They are under the ANNIVERSARY section of the title list.

From the drop chart, it appears it does not. The unit is a drop from lv76+, but the LQ tops off at lv75 on XH.
