I have a quick question

Is the hero class limited to those three specific weapons, or can they use others? Such as the knuckles "Eight Ounce" which is usable for all classes.

On top of what Altiea said, because Hero cannot use a subclass, if the all-class weapon does not have embedded PAs, you can only use normal attacks for them; though, this doesn't apply to Rods and Wands (and to a slight extent, Jet Boots) in that you can still assign Techs to their slots.

PP Convert is a right hand skill ring which "temporarily increases PP Auto-recovery while decreasing max HP", a diminished version from the Techer skill which goes by the same name. Because of that, it cannot be equipped by Techers main and sub.

If you were asking if it's good, yes, it is. The activation is quick and the cooldown, while large, is acceptable.
The recent updates has made PP management less of an issue for many classes though, so it's taken a hit in usefulness. Also there are better options in a lot of cases. But it's still an okay choice imo.

You only need two of each.
With two power IV you will get 60% transfer rate, 80% if you use three.

For deus factor you want to use three since the transfer rate kinda low, 30% for two and 50% for three. Adding escarde soul will add another 20% rate for deus factor.

Power IV * 2 = Power IV at 60%
Power III * 3 + Mutation II*1 = Power IV at 70%

Deus Factor is 50% when you put 3, and 70% if you add Escarde Soul somewhere (shouldn't be too hard since it comes with some of the deus factors)

Unfortunately, no. Only certain outfits have nail polish on them, and you can't change the color. Worse yet, they are always at a higher layer than body paint, so if you wear gloves on those outfits, the nail polish remains visible.

If the Seikaiser has its SAF unlocked, you can affix Power VI to the Qliphad. However, if you destroyed the Seikaiser when affixing Power VI to a different weapon, then you can't transfer it, as currently, Stat VI has no way to be affixed outside of SAF.

According to Google, you need to fuse ARKS Fevers together to create an ARKS MAX. You need two copies to fuse at base 40% rate, or 3 copies at base 60% rate. You can transfer ARKS MAX by having two copies of it, at a base 40% rate.

Elemental will give you 115% on non-matching element, while you get 117.5% on non-breakable parts with Break SD Bonus. If you are using a Light DB, you'll probably get more out of Elemental since there are so many more Darkers and Light-weak enemies compared to enemies with breakable parts.

Are you a Dual Blade Bouncer? It sounds like you're a DB Bouncer. Admittedly, you should be dual stancing, since BO has enough SP to take both Stances, both Stance Ups, and all core Skills. However, If you aren't willing to make the investment, you should be in Break Stance most of the time unless you decide to go the whole hog for Elemental. Break SD Bonus now gives you +17.5%; Elemental gives 20%, with an extra 10% from Up,

Okay, so I was always confused why, for the two ARKS Dance Festival player titles, that when I first unlocked one (when I first started playing and watched/participated in the concert that was cycling at the time), it was the second title (participate in it twice), and not the first title (participate in it once).

I still don't have the first title, just the second. So, I figured it had something to do with it being tied to specific concerts/events or something, and that since I probably missed an older one that I had thus missed the 'first' option or whatnot. After watching the current(?) concert, or the one they had yesterday anyway (which is the first time I had seen that one, and I believe is a reiteration of an older/previous one), I figured maybe that would do the trick to unlock that first title, and went to check. Nope, I still don't have the first title.

The first title is linked to the We're ARKS/RARE DROP KOI KOI concert, while the second is for the Cosmic Twinkle Star/The End of Light Quna concert. We're ARKS/RARE DROP is scheduled in the next couple of days; I believe if you check bumped's calendar, it is the one labeled Dance Concert.

well farm PVP for red shine or blue shine rear units. They kinda simmilair, good in they own ways, so you can just pick color your like more.
All other 12* are RNG. Farm raid bosses like Deus and Mother for arms and legs and just use whatever drops first. There is no set bonuses to really speak off anyway.

You mean from the recycle shop? If yes you can check the exp from the weapon itself without exchanging anything. Well to answer your question anyway iirc it's 800exp I think.

I haven't done any mod farming but from what I understand it goes like this:
Method 1: DD Farming
Step 1: Do VH and above Harkotan TA multiple times (because it's faster to clear)
Step 2: Once DD triggers head for the final area. You can rush to the final area in VH by ignoring the bosses and can also skip the kidnap ec(red portal stalker)
Step 3: In the final area do not kill Hunar and instead focus on the clones then abandon quest. Clones drop the mods not Hunar and killing all the enemies will clear the DD run and you don't want that. So make sure to leave Hunar alive and if ever you accidentally killed him try to at least leave 1 clone alive then abandon the quest. Remember the goal is to at least leave 1 enemy alive so you can abandon quest and Hunar is the likely candidate to ditch since he doesn't drop any mods.
Step 4: Go back to Step 1.

So why do we not want to clear DD? From what I can gather DD has some sort of a counter that keeps track of your TA clears. Once it reaches high enough clears it either opens up the chance or increases the chance to trigger DD. And by clearing the DD it resets the counter and some even say that it puts you in a CD for 2-3days(not sure). You also have to remember that when going with a PT with other players it also takes into account the TA clears and the DD CD of your other PT mates. I'm not sure in all of this or the mechanics may have changed but this is what I know about DD after playing all these years.

Method 2: AQ Farming
Step 1: Hope that you encounter a Clone ec in your run. And also try to at least have 1 DD clear to register your char for the clones faction.

Soooooo that new talis Lumiholy (50% charge time increase and 30% damage increase for dark techs) has a weird dark potential that seems like it can work with concentrate-crafted dark techs.

Are there any jp screenshots/vids of damage tests for it? Is it actually better than, say, a dark Astra talis?

I ran some numbers and came to this conclusion: it is not better than a dark austere/astra/zeinesis/quilphad talis. it's still pretty alright for a max merit concentrated gimegid, but that's it for charged techs. it can be ok for power-crafted uncharged megid, samegid, and even ilmegid (if that can even hit the same target three times, I forget how long uncharged ilmegid lasts so if it can't hit the same thing three times then ilmegid is probably not good for this then). if you are willing to play like that then it can be serviceable I guess.

if you didn't already have a good dark talis, this is useable until then; but if you do then you can just farm this for the phrase reduce

Hi. After long break i decide to hit PSO2 again but i been bugged with login issue.
When logging in, the game mentioned something about PSO2es, i think it told me to logging in to PSO2es first then main game.
I did so and then able to login just fine on PC version, but at the same day this happened again.

Ah okay, I figured it had something to do with the mini-rhythm-game part/aspect of it, since the second (older?) Quna concert didn't have it. Barely made it in time for the last scheduled Dance Concert and that unlocked it. Thanks.

It wasn't what I was expecting after only seeing Quna concerts thus far, but not bad. Although.... Is it normal for males to wear short-shorts with happi coats? Don't recall ever seeing that before, so that was odd I guess.

Also, since I have played a lot of the two Project Diva games on PS3, I think it would be kind of cool if the rhythm game part was made more difficult intricate on certain blocks or something. I always couldn't stand playing Easy/Normal on those games because it is too slow lol. I prefer when rhythm games are faster paced with more than one or two button inputs, but nothing Sadistic...

I don't know if/when I will mess with the abilities/affix it 'properly' (would be a budget version anyway), so not sure which I should pick atm. I also only have 81 of those fuses for what it's worth, which means I don't even have enough to trade in/upgrade my units, let alone a weapon (and not sure how many it takes to unlock the Lv.3/all three levels of the potential).

Anyone knows if SEGA made any statements on aggressive reselling? Or maybe there were any rumors about how SEGA views this activity. Sometimes resellers aren't even hiding much, plainly placing up to hundred of overpriced items. I am not sure if this really benefits SEGA, by making scratch items higher priced. I suspect that it doesn't affect much those who scratch and mostly benefits those who resell. Average prices definitely go up because of such trends, but I still see a lot of people selling scratch items fairly cheap and I suspect those are mostly the ones who scratch.


Another suspicion is that most aggressive resellers are involved into RMT. If it's the case here, then I doubt SEGA benefits from reselling strategies at all, because majority of amassed meseta goes to those who pay to black market, instead of scratching.



I don't know if this was discussed before and what conclusions, hypothesis were drawn out, but to me it seems like a fairly important topic. Worst case scenarios if this gets out of hand are: economy and playerbase takes some hit in the long run, or SEGA goes really hardcore on rules enforcement, effectively restricting foreigners from playing on their server.

Pick the Blessing of Life potential, and switch to Guidance of Life whenever you want to affix it.

Yeah, I tired all the "solutions," too. I hope it's just a minor thing that will fix itself in a while, and not something that will make PSO2es nonviable for AC purchase for everyone.

I wasn't implying it was something on SEGA's end, it could be anywhere along the authentication procedure of purchasing something. For instance, Google may have updated one of their certificates for out-of-region purchases, or something, or who knows what. It just reminded me of, say, region locked apps/games that you can't access without VPN, or even in-game/in-app content that is region locked but from the same exact app that is available to all regions, etc; so just figured it may have been worth a shot. Was nothing more than a suggestion though, so figured it wouldn't work anyway.

Little early there Moffen that isn't til the 25th's update. You basically just did what was supposed to be done by 8 people solo but unlike other TDs I'm not too sure it is possible to pull off solo.

STARTED with only one person in the MPA. Does not imply it will be a solo version of the quest. Scroll a little further down than just patch notes of maint to PSO2 Station #12 Recap.

Actually looking at that well there is not going to be such a thing as an effort to make a BQ for the solo player. Just let people start a BQ when it is only them like TDs but as I said before I'm not sure it is possible without some downsizing.

So yeah that whole solo thing is for those people that want to try their hand at pulling off a solo run of BQ. Of which I'm hard pressed to say it is possible but if you want to bother with it more power to ya.

Graptor takes all damage done in a 3s window and then repeats a portion of it. Uncharged is 0.3x I think and charged is 0.8, but it benefits from a Just-Attack to make the highest mod it can do as far as I'm aware around x1.04. In the part of the video there, they deal 66k with Slide End, 62k with Assault Buster and roughly 60k total with Bandersnatch. Thats around 180k damage, which should be around 190k-ish Graptor but instead it deals a little over 280k. Can anyone explain this?

Weak point multiplication? Back before the Banish/Graptor nerf, Banishes and Graptors would hit for like, 4m on Exoda even without actually dealing 4m in damage.

Nah it doesn't work with this kind of modifier I believe. Like if you hit a hitbox that takes 2x striking damage you won't end up quadrupling your damage. AIS, Nyau and others I believe use a different modifier which does impact it (negatively for Nyau, so your 2000 damage to it explodes for 200 for example). Weapon type modifiers affect it too, like Anga resists and XQ resists/weaknesses.

Besides, even if it did it doesn't explain what's happening here.

e: Should note, Gracia's overall modifier (50% damage resist) does not affect it. So the only important number is that the core has a 1.2x modifier on it.

About that Volg Raptor damage receiving an extra 50% damage increase: It's linked to Guard Stance Advance, but there is a twist. You must have Just Guarded after Volg Raptor is on the target. If you look at the Deus video, that player was able to Just Guard an attack while charging the Slide End. You just have to JG after the target is marked and it will count for the entire Volg Raptor duration regardless of what you do. I believe that it may be a bug.

Qliphads don't need more fuses to unlock the potential, just photon spheres (this only matters if you found the Qliphad as a drop, or you traded the Zein for one when it is under +30).

I am sure they find it fun or humorous, but I don't, is all I am saying (everybody has their own ways of having fun and whatnot).

Skill trees and SP don't work like that. You can only obtain SP on a class by leveling the class; there is no way to transfer SP from one class to another. Extra skill trees only serve to give you an additional skill tree layout that you can freely switch between without having to use a reset pass (like being able to switch between a fire Fo build and an ice Fo build).

You can technically get Yami-NT from any field that Yamigarasu can appear in, since it drops as an E-Trial reward (quite rarely, though).

Most JG frames block in an area 180 degrees in front of you. If the attack coming from the right was positioned correctly, it should still connect with your JG frames.

stick to Quilph weapons, theyre current meta and with the right affixes double your stats on your weapon+ a 12% dmg boost on top of it. Ray/Union really are only good for Astral fodder but if you got nothing good atm then go for it

it works in all directions, its not like T0 Nabarta where it only works from the front

Union's strengths are its PP discount and regen bonus. In that sense it's pretty good for PP hungry weapons like Fire FoFi. Not bad for Bow, Jet Boots, Rifle and Knuckles either. Considering it's only open for a week i'd just wait for the dragon's collect file in December though.

If you're using a DS4, it doesn't work properly. I have to use ds4windows to make it be read as a 360 controller. 360/xb1 controller should work without issue.

Saiki was pretty popular before I quit. What's some good units for middle of the road for the time being? I have about 15mil meseta to use, so I'm not afraid of spending some for something decent.

Buy Austere Units. They've been declining in price recently, and a Rear+Arm combo can compete with 12* Unit sets.

stick to saiki or hold off until you get 12* units, unless you feel like buying austere rear/arm/11 or 12* leg then go for it. the current 12* unit game is a bit bleak, some people are playing it smart and waiting on the next raid boss gear to drop to see if better gear finally comes out

It got turned into a passive. You no longer have to activate it; it's on by default.

You need to fill a little bar around it as if it was a compound tech before you can use it.

All Potentials will show up when you go to unlock them even if you don't have the right material for them, so if there are only the two, there are only the two.

I'm not sure you can narrow it down to a quick answer, as there are plenty of reasons this has been happening, including:

Newer EQ Bosses have been hitting harder.
A lot more solo challenge content (like XQs and solo PD) has been added to the game.
Melee classes have become more popular, and melee benefits more from extra defense.
Additional HP adds greatly to survivability. Since there are many powerful healing options, this game often relies on one-shots to kill you. Increasing your HP can push you out of one-shot range of some attacks and greatly reduce their threat.
Attack affixes are expensive, so players may turn to HP-oriented to save money.
Heros, in particular, lose a lot of damage if they take more than 20% of their max HP in damage within 5 seconds. A larger HP pool makes this easier to prevent.

You might be thinking of the Mother and Deus post-EQ boosts which gives a boost to NT and Unit grinding, but I don't think there is one that increases affix rate.

Usually what I do is level 12*s to around +27 using any Emper Embrace weapons, or +3 or higher 10* NT fodders I get from EQs and BQs. It's nice to just have a stock of 12*s ready to grind whatever since you can usually do it with 5-6 12* weapons if you aren't using 100% boosters.

It's just a magic circle; typically they are associated with ritual incantations for things like summoning spirits and such, for example, you see this magic circle when you summon Photon Blasts in the original PSO. It's important to remember that PSO is Science Fantasy, so they mix a lot of magic tropes with technology tropes, and the use of magic circles implies that a lot of the technology used in PSO is derived from earlier ritualistic magic or magic-like abilities (just like how Techniques in the classic PS series are said to be derived from magic, but not actually limited to magical ability and usable by the masses).

2. Exchange Buster Medals for units with Sentence Receptor at the buster exchange.

When you select a Featured Quest, that menu pops up, but only when it is selected from the Featured Quests menu. You can also bring up the menu yourself by starting a Quest from the counter, and going to Recommended Orders in your menu (it is under Client Orders) before entering the campship.

There are two options at the bottom when you start a Quest that has an MPA area now; on the left is Multi-block matching, which is what will send you straight to the ship, while the right is the traditional single-block matching that will leave you in the lobby.

1. Is it free to re-obtain a collection file after it's first completion or does it cost SG?
2 The Tundra AQ with the enemies I need for the Saika (De Malmoth, King Yede). How random is that De Malmoth spawn? De Malmoth spawned my first run with no risk so the De Malmoth's level wasn't high enough for the Collection File. I forked over the cash to raise the risk to 10 for the second run and got Snow Banther/Banshee instead.
3. How on earth is that sustainable? Tundra is an E quest it dropped F capsules, so what do an F quest and hope it drops Es or just keep follow the trail until I get Es?
4. The main reason I'm after the Revolucio is I was told it was the one of the easier 13*s to get, and I need a +35 for level 80. Obviously I need 6 to to raise the grind cap to 35. If anybody has a better suggestion / method I shall name my first born after you.

Hopefully all that isn't as convoluted and confusing as it seems in my head right now haha. I was pretty stoked to get to 75 since I started the weekend at like level 50. Now it feels like I hit a brick wall.

The main tip for farming Revolutio is don't. They aren't even good for entry 13s at this point. Aim for Detonation, and Evreda in categories that Deto isn't available. Upgrade Evreda's to Cleasis once they reach +35/60% element.

1. You can reobtain the collection sheet for free after 2 days, or spend 60 SG to reset it instantly.
2. Except for AD mines, all AD quests have 2 different boss fights that are chosen randomly.
3. Capsules seem to drop significantly more often at high risk (20+ for the level 80 enemies maybe?) You're meant to go in a cycle, with the current Arks Boost Rally as an example, you'd use D in the Floating Plant to get E, which you use to run Ruins for F, to run Sky for D to repeat. Eventually you'll build up a surplus of each so you can focus on one and just pay the risk up to 50. Playing in a party and getting PSE burst will help.
4. Go to shop, search for 13s, buy ultra cheap GS or Bow that no one wants, you can usually just find like a 32 and a 32 for cheap to make a +35 with only 2 weapons. Otherwise farm Buster and Detonation Sheets in the new Buster type EM for actual use.

Wow, I've only ever tried to search for 13* katanas in the shop and there were never any posted, so I thought I wouldn't be able to find any that way. Boy do I feel silly now.

You can buy 10★ + rarity weapons and units without pass now.

No pass needed anymore to buy 10* and up. You can also buy 11* units (but not 12*) directly now and even some 13* weapons.

Any tips for farming Revolucios or any 13*s in general would be tremendously appreciated. Honestly I'm a little wishy-washy on the whole process. So what I'm most clueless on is the following (brace yourself, noobdom is coming):
1. Is it free to re-obtain a collection file after it's first completion or does it cost SG?
2 The Tundra AQ with the enemies I need for the Saika (De Malmoth, King Yede). How random is that De Malmoth spawn? De Malmoth spawned my first run with no risk so the De Malmoth's level wasn't high enough for the Collection File. I forked over the cash to raise the risk to 10 for the second run and got Snow Banther/Banshee instead.
3. How on earth is that sustainable? Tundra is an E quest it dropped F capsules, so what do an F quest and hope it drops Es or just keep follow the trail until I get Es?
4. The main reason I'm after the Revolucio is I was told it was the one of the easier 13*s to get, and I need a +35 for level 80. Obviously I need 6 to to raise the grind cap to 35. If anybody has a better suggestion / method I shall name my first born after you.

Hopefully all that isn't as convoluted and confusing as it seems in my head right now haha. I was pretty stoked to get to 75 since I started the weekend at like level 50. Now it feels like I hit a brick wall.

If you're farming Revolucios only for cap release there is a trick to it that makes it much easier : the weapons from high level bosses are from the steam series, which drops from red boxes, and more importantly from corrupted airship control crystals (at a fairly nice rate with RDR on). so you can just basically farm a LQ like "Darkness from the Chaos" since the corrupted airship e-trial happens fairly often here. Just spam it til you get the desired steam weapon to instantly clear that part, finish file, then refresh file and continue until +35. You can also attend to the current Trick or Treat seasonal since it guarantees one control crystal per run.

Otherwise yeah Evleda file with new EQ is pretty easy to get atm, so grab those if you don't mind BQ spam

You can recycle the passes in the Recycle Shop.

BTW, you can access the Recycle Shop in your menu (same menu tab as AC shop and Scratch tickets) from almost anywhere (including the campship), but not when you are out in the field on a quest.

You should be able to ignore it, just make sure that you have the Tweaker installation folder set to your exclusions or else Windows Defender might just delete it on its own.

Hard to explain and for some reason, I can't take screenshots (folder remains empty after taking one). But ya, I see their heads just fine, but the uniform itself is all wrong. It's OK when I first log on, but after a while, they all start getting funky.

Did anyone figure out the minimum multiplier for Deto weapons at 0% gauge yet? Cant find any information in the comment section in swiki

rough testing suggest around ~4% at 0 gauge.

Currently, you can run the Halloween EQ and hope you hit the giant Emper Latan Rappy and collect all the drops from it as they should contain the Emper Embrace affix on the fodder which should make grinding your gear way faster. You could also try buying fodder from the shop with Emper Embrace on them. Otherwise, keep collecting other fodder.
