Having a problem opening the game ever since I tried to use sweetfx. For some reason the game crashes every time I select character and try to log in, the screen goes black and I get an error from windows and the game crashes. Any help?

Tried disabling sweetfx, closing radeonpro completely but the problem still persists.

Did you make other changes, like updating driver, etc?
Try to reset all graphical settings that might related to PSO2, and run datacheck again with JP launcher if it's possible just in case.

You probably just jump in to the map when everyone there already finished their quest.

What can be increase is stamina point, which you do so by clearing story mission, current max is 85.

The PSO2Proxy did change the url of the json a while back, so maybe just check to see if you are using the updated one. Also, there is the possibility that you can connect normally again since many ISPs started to be able to a few months back.

The two weapons have to be the same element before attribute change, but if you're using the same weapon then you actually get 10%, not 1% so assuming the same weapon is used:

Ice 20 + Ice 30 + Light attribute change = 50% Light
Ice 20 + Light 30 + Light attribute change = 30% Light
Light 30 + Ice 20 + No attribute change = 40% Light.

As long as you don't die, I'm pretty sure most Japanese players won't mind (as long as you also don't take on any specific special roles that the group assigns at the beginning). Pretty sure most Japanese would rather have a foreigner that doesn't die than another Japanese player that constantly dies. XD
Although it might be better to not talk in English when everyone else is talking in Japanese. I've had an instance where another guy would speak in English, asking why the group isn't starting, and literally 3 people left the MPA within the next 5 seconds. In the end, that player never needed reviving for all 4 runs I did with him, so it was just those Japanese players being xenophobic...

I've been farming Lilipa for Dispersion Shrike along with Vinto Gigue, but I get much of anything but those two, especially Heavenly Kite. RNG is RNG, but I don't see Dispersion Shrike drop at all here so I'm wondering if there's some other place to get them.

Wish Cirnopedia would be updated again sometime this century, kind of annoying it doesn't update as fast as other wikis and databases. :-?

I only ever got one Vinto in Lilipa out of 60+ runs so I'm assuming that it's not the ideal place to get it. Wanted to check Nab, though no one does it anymore so I can't farm the enemies for it, so out of luck there.

I also looked at wiki like you did and fought Quartz on XH and Dragon Ex, though I've only gotten Distraction Wing and Guilty Break from each respectively, multitudes of times. I'll just have to keep trying Lilipa and Amduscia's XH EQ.

Yep. Just go to attribute grind it, and it will tell you that while the attribute level can't be raised, it can still be changed.

When it comes to Tian & Gloam sets, it wouldn't really matter what your Leg Unit is. You will want to special craft it anyway (HP+100 or PP+10). There is only one unit in the game (currently) that doesn't benefit from crafting & that is the 11* Magatsu Sai rear unit.

All crafted units will ended up with the same stats anyway. A 7* crafted unit will end up with the same defense as an 11* crafted unit.

If you aren't going any higher than special craft lv.3, an uncrafted Ing Plate is almost identical to a lv.3 HP Craft, and likewise an uncrafted White Tail to lv.3 PP Craft, though they both are SH Code Rewards.

If, for whatever reason, crafting is not an option*... then you can use these two leg units:

レッグ／イングプレート :gives +100 HP naturally. Solid Strike def, but low Range/Tech def.

レッグ／ホワイトテイル :gives +10PP naturally. Has a fair 250 def for all three types.




* Money / Materials should not be an issue for crafting atleast to Special Lv3. I just haphazardly pick up 7* ~ 10* units & desynth them when not doing runs. You can use those materials to craft the units. You can also convert the lower grade (Iron/Steel) materials into the necessary Silver/Gold materials for the Special Crafts. And one set of Very Hard TACOs is more than enough meseta to Ex3 your units.

You can actually affix your Hiei Set right now and it would be super cheap, then just craft them until you find something better. Hiei's set bonus is still nice, and it's like, 1k starting to affix it? Sure beats spending 50k at base.

Your case width is going to be a limiting factor in your cooling options. I use one of these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186059), and it barely fits in my case which is only a little over 9" in width.

AMD hardware is very outdated right now, they haven't refreshed their product lineup in years. The FXs are like, 3 year-old tech (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piledriver_%28microarchitecture%29), no kidding. The R9 200 series except for 290x and 290 are also 3 year-old tech (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AMD_Radeon_Rx_200_series), rebranded from the 7000 series. The 290s themselves are 2 years old.

It's a bad time to buy AMD desktop parts at the moment. When they release the 300 series GPUs later year and Zen CPUs in 2016 we can look again.

But will require all 5 fodder to have it in them.

It is calculated like photon blast gauge. Only the damage dealt by techniques are counted though.

Dealing decent damage to many targets is a good way to charge since there is a limit on each damage which is taken into the calculation.

p.s. Does anyone know the specific amount of the limit? I'm not sure about it.

Your best bet nowadays are just running EQ or AQ (AQ update in few days, too!) while using EXP boosters.
But try to find another person to play with, since being on party also grants you a decent amount of EXP bonus.

Additionally, run some COs and DOs, or TOs are also giving decent EXP reward but you have to be on a team to access TO.

So how do I boss as jet boots BO/Hu other then facetank with massive hunter/automate? If I use the shift dodge it resets my element, but if I dash I still get hit. Bosses move too much for vinto and I have to reset the ele and recharge the gear before kicks(does hella dmg though so that's fine). Gran wave is great but the shift puts me out of range of everything other then another gran wave(does it make you inv?). Strike gust has to be charged which means it can be interrupted.

Should I get a good pair of dbs for photon fever? That luther fight was frustrating so I'm hoping I'm just doing something way wrong.

Another thing. Is resta not supposed to change boots ele to light?

Yeah you can change as many times as you want, both main and sub. You just cant change while a quest is loaded.

Some parts of the character can be changed for free, others is a paid feature.

You can use Gran Wave and immediately step as the attack passes through you if you don't want it to push you all the way back. Should do that anyways so you get deband ticks and what not. Depending on the boss, yeah, you'll have to switch the three basic PAs quite a bit, JB life.

Resta won't change element, neither will Anti, Shifta, or Deband. They do charge gear, which is nice.

I did my first Magatsu EQ earlier today but I didn't get a single Excube from either of the runs I did, both one regular and one AIS run, other than the cubes I got from exchanging the weapons he dropped. How do people get Excubes from him? Do they appear out of the Red Crystal at the end or can you only get Excubes on XHard (I was doing SHard because my FO has better gear but is only Lv60)?

You need to press the menu button to create your SecureOTP account. On BlueStacks you need to switch the app to tablet mode in order for that button to show up. On an actual phone I don't know. You might need to change your settings somewhere or press one of your hardware buttons.

Personally, I think it's not good.

If you plan to use non Fi or Gu main ....... you'd want the ★13 weapons or at least higher ☆11 for end-game, so, yeah, should be okay to ditch critical, even if you're using extended weapon, since it'll be temporary o-o Besides, Silva-mats craft weapon gave more base dex ..... So the damage variance will be less.

How do I into Swords? After using Partisan almost exclusively in my Hunter career I picked up a sword for awhile today and it didn't seem all that bad. Just looking for some PA tips really. I was using Sacrifice Bite > Nova Strike > Over End combo for pretty much everything, although for bossing it seems like using partisans would probably be better.

My weapon palette for Sword looks like this:

1) Ride Slasher -> Nova Strike -> Over End

2) Guilty Break -> Sacrifice Bite -> Nova Strike

3) Guilty Break -> Nova Strike -> Over End

4) Guilty Break -> Rising Edge -> Over End

5) Over End -> Over End -> Over End

6) Left open for Partisan (Volg -> Slide End -> Zenith Throw) or WL (Holding Current) or for Ignition Parry -> Ignition Parry -> Ignition Parry as the situation dictates.

For Bossing, Sword's not bad, but I prefer Partisan or WL. Usually for bossing, there's always a lot of Ride Slasher, Rising Edge, and Over End being used.... and Guilty Break to quickly chase the boss.

Jet Boots has a Street Fighter-like playstyle IMO. 80% of it is fishing for openings with Gran Wave, then 20% is doing some hard hitting thing when you have a window for it.

One nice thing about Gran Wave is that the animation is long so you can JA it into something else, or quickly JA the backflip into something else if the boss happens to stagger or sit still after the end of Gran Wave.

Of course with speed boss kills the player usually knows the boss well enough to get a window almost right away so they don't have to poke around as much, but otherwise that's the normal way.

And yes I'm a fan of rainbow boots.

Doesn't matter; as long as you are doing SH AQs, then they should have a chance of dropping. So 10 Capsules of D/E/F.

Mmmhmm. When you open up the Tweaker, it should prompt you to update PSO2, and then update/apply the base english patch. If you require the Large English patch, you need to remember to go to the menu of the tweaker to reapply it. Same with Story patch.

Show Jig the weapons it says. They come from farming AQ stones. You need 3,000 Forest ones, 3,000 Caves ones, 3,000 Desert ones, 1,500 Tundra ones, 1,500 Tunnels ones and 1,500 FC ones specifically for that order.

Personally, I would say Braver/Hunter with Katana Combat (Escape maxed) and Automate Halfline maxed.

Force/Techer works too, but need to pay more attention, as unlike BRHU, it doesn't have autoheal. Easier heal option (Resta) is a big plus though. Force/Techer has a rather big learning curve, but it'll pay off in later game stuff.

Yes, that's very common. Another thing people do is Megiverse into Fomelgion, if they think inflections will be firing their way. Even without FI, these are still used.

EDIT: I forgot... TAJAB doesn't apply to compound techs. But nonetheless, that practice to JA it off of Zanverse (and Megiverse) is common.

I ask because I ran with a team mate (2 players) yesterday and he found a bunch of capsules and around 70 crystals while using a +250 and tri 100. I had neither and I found 9 capsules and 17 crystals.

Regrettably, not really something that's certain. Which custom techs are you looking at? If they're support or Rafoie/Ilzan, more range is good (although Blazing Rafoie is generally superior). If it's the demerit, then it probably doesn't matter.

The charms aren't actual items, they are part of your event items, like NPC partner cards. However, you can just give the weapons that are needed to complete the order to another character and instantly complete the order when it's unlocked.

- Go to Visiphone
- Search for desired recipe you want
- Select the recipe, you'll be moved into the crafter's room
- put the order on console (like when you're about to craft it yourself)
- wait until the crafter made it for you (they'll get notification by mail, and you'll get the notification from mail too once it's done)
- get the crafted items / tech from visiphone (doesn't have to be on crafter room, you can get them from lobby)

To cancel them, just retrieve the item o-o

Dunno. Just use an S atk mag food device. Photon spheres aren't expensive, or hard to get.

Yup, there are things to give for certain things. On that situation it is easily solved giving it pure att with those mini food that give pure att. Just one or two would do the trick for that so there's no risk there if you feed it that.

For you people with a 190 dex mag, does the game have a problem at lvl 100 (evolution depends on what is higher after Dex, so what if all=0?) and also what do you do for the Photon Blast? I suppose Julius Proi would be only affected by the mag strike attack?
